not all operators allow call diverting to other networks...for example airtel prepaid dosnt....

i dnt knw why people wud buy this if its not dual active. there's lots of other phones out there, with loads of features at a much better price ratio.....samsungg's only forte was dual active!!

when we received diverted call, money will detected from diverted Sim, what is the benefit of dual Sim phone with diverting the call.

can use only one call at a time...but samsung people told me that u can use both the sim.U can receive call on other sim while taking on other..
feeling very bad because this feature was the most important for me for what i was searching for...
dont go for this phone

Very bad phone because it is not dual active, we did not expect from Samsung. price is not matter. Branded company making dual standby phone, Cheap china phone already available. why Samsung making this low feature phone, Fly already 2 years back made dual Sim dual active mobile with all features (Fly-DS400).

Bought yesterday from Nagpur, Maharashtra in Rs. 4200. Got 2GB memory card, DATA Cable, Headphone & Charger in the box.
Really Nice phone. Keeping the flow of Samsung's affordable yet effective handset range. Packs the punch of value for money. Just like Guru series.
This is a Dual Standby phone. No active standby. But as "SAGAR" told before. Call Diver feature work's fine to make it a Dual Sim Dual Active Standby Phone. That's the old school method but really great.
Other all features are just cool. Lots of feature's are included. In which, maximum are customizable. From Music to Video playback, everything is good. Screen is crisp and clear. Good experience of Audio & Video Playback. But the keyboard is compact. My big hands find it a real challenge to type fast on this handset. My right hand's thumb can press about 12 buttons at a time without any problem. But after 24 hrs, now I am feeling comfortable to type.
Anyone who wants Dual Sim Functionality in a multimedia handset can go for it. Any question or query????

To all friends who wish to make their any dual sim phone dual active just try this and it really works
go to call setting their voice call and divert call if out of reach from first sim to second sim and from second sim to first sim
now when you are talking no one line if anyone calls you on other line you will get that call waiting with words saying diverted call

Today at last I had the chance to go through this phone. My first feel taking the phone in my hands was that its finish is not classy at all as a Samsung should be. The keyboard is not at all comfortable. I have used Micromax Q7, Q75, Q5 etc. and their keyboard is much better than this one. Somehow it doesn't feel right. Overall build quality is also average, very plastic'y feel. And yes its "NOT" a "DUAL ACTIVE" phone so guys please stop asking any more questions about this. This is an end topic. THIS PHONE IS DUAL SIM DUAL STANDBY ONLY.

its suck,when i use application this phone restart frequently. . .i dont like this phone anymore.doesnt have edge too.

If someone calls to your SIM2 while you're calling in SIM1, you are not alerted (it's like if your phone went off)

Please check the feature once again and reply. Im really intrested in purchasing this phone. And if any other user has tested the feature , feel free to reply. It will be highly appreciated.

Excellent phone for text addictz...But 1.3mp camera is a bit let down by samsung considering itz 4.5k price....Motorola ex115 has a decent 3mp in dis price range! Anywayz dis phone is ought to satisfy!!

its good phone
over all i'll rate it 8.5/10
its sound quqlity is good , its camare quality is also good, this phone can be used as modem to connect to internet to ur laptops, it also has feature of backup contacts messages
some weak points
its video quality is ok ok
its java engine has some problem
keypad is quit small but god inaf to type any thing
rest the phone is good at its price
