DOES DIS PHONE STORE UNLIMITED MESSAGES???
i had once bought maxx mobile which does not hav option 2 store sms in memory card ...so only 90-100 msgs wer stored in it!do samsung mobiles hav dis option?

dial *#52828378# a menu wil apear on the screen then choose OTAtest by default the max jar size wil be given as 300 just go and edit it as 700 or whatever you want then save it.. now u will be able to download and install large size jar apps

Are you sure? I just re-check my phone and I can confirm that the maximum is 300. I tried checking for the latest firmware using new pc studio and I'm using the latest? Please get back to me.

Currently I have no experience with nokia x2-1. However, I do recommend you to buy this phone. Pretty good deal for the amount of money you pay. Here's a quick review:
1) This is a dual sim STANDBY phone.
Both sim are active, means you can get message(s) from both sim. However, only 1 active calls are allowed at once. If you make phone calls using SIM 1, your SIM 2 will be disabled.
2) Theres a hot swap button on the right side.
This is to change the current active sim. ie. the active sim in which the sim you are using by default to make phone calls. Current active sim is highlighted on the top left.
3) Messaging
Your message will be stored inbox with the label 1 or 2. 1 represents message(s) that are received by your sim 1 and vice versa. Maximum message that can be stored is 300.

This phone is compatible with SAMSUNG NEW PC STUDIO. Google and download it. I've been using the software and it is really useful.
As for the USB driver, depends on your Operating System. If you use Windows XP or newer version, it should be no problem installing it. If problem still persist, you can try plugging it into another USB port that you have. You'll have the chance to start over again in case you screwed up with the previous USB port.

As for your question:
1) "Does it ask which SIM r we want to make from?"
No, it won't. It will automatically use the current ACTIVE SIM. Which is the SIM highlighted on the top left.
2) "How is music quality?"
Music quality is "good" and not excellent. However, there is also some equalizer setting to be chosen and
it will sound just as good if you have your earphone on.
3) "How is Camera quality?"
Camera quality is FINE. It is a 1.3MP camera don't expech much of it. Still, it can take good picture under good lighting.
4) "How is Battery life?"
Average I would say. I left the phone on standby for at least 6 hours before I make phone calls (2hours per phone calls average) and I'm pretty satisfied.
5) "Is this phone worth the money?"
It certainly is. It covers most of users requirement.
Internet, music player, camera, qwerty keyboard, DUAL STANDBY SIM. E-mail and even messenger. Pretty good bang for buck.
