can anybody tell me how to delete/remove/unintall palringo, windows live messanger and yahoo messanger .as i dont use them and also to free up memory for other java apps

dis is a overall gud phn, im using it frm last 8 months.. but like evry phn, it also hav many drawbacks..
pro -
gud qwerty keypad
optical trackpad
fast performance
battry is gud, (6-7 hrs talktime)
1000 msgs, 1000 contacts storage.
backup of msgs, contacts, memo etc..in SD card
cons -
camera is ok ok.. video recording is bad.
3000 files supported, (so u cant use 8GB Sd card with more than 3000 files)
java application memory is only 3mb.
u cant install java apps more than 300kb (very bad)
But i hav a solution for u.. Type *#52828378# & in settings of nemory change memory size from 300 kb to 600 kb.then u can install apps.. cheers.. :)
Problems-
frequently restarting automatically
(Reliance GSM is not working in it properly)
sometimes no network in both d sim's or one of them..
(im facing abv problems frm last 2 months)
sometimes using internet, it shows network error..!!
so.. these is all abt samsumg ch@t 322..

Unsucces phone. there are lots of problems with this phone. Two three times automatically restarting. Can't stream youtube. Music player shutting down & updating when an new file downloaded.
