rheel, 10 Feb 2011can nimbuzz work on this cell phoneNimbuzz version 1.9.0 is working with some limitations. First of all this phone is not listed on Nimbuzz's official website, so you'll have to try version for some other phone. I tried version for Nokia C3. It says connection failed in first attempt, then gets connected in second attempt. May be it's opearator issue or i don't know.
Second thing i'm unable to shoot and send pictures using nimbuzz. It gives error says check camera settings, but didn't work after changing the camera settings.
By the way ebuddy is working fine without issues, but again ebuddy has no option for shooting and sending pics for this phone...

Raj Goswami.., 07 Feb 2011i wana buy this phone...sombody please tell me is it really... moredrawback of this phone:
-low RAM(you cant open real huge pictures unlike nokia entry level phones), and no desktop type web page
-small viewfinder when recording videos
-not all units of this support pdf, doc, and the likes
-selective in supporting mp3 and mp4. i dont know why but i had few mp3's which it couldnt play. high resolution mp4 not advisable
what's good:
-optical track pad.soooo coooool!makes browsing real lot easier, plus handy scaling of web sites, just press the up/down on its side.
-opera 4.2 and 5 works fine on my phone(this phone).
-wifi for low priced phone
-dictionary(with real meaning of terms!) and smart dialing
-clear display, not easy-to-scratch glass cover
-it has recycle bin.tadaaahh!!!
-up to 8 Gb microSD
-cool user interface and physical design. it really makes it look like a real expensive qwerty phone
-music auto off when preset time is over. its like "sleep" feature which my old nokia phone doesnt have.

drharish, 08 Feb 2011Pros-Good display, Optical track pad is great, design is fa... morehahahaha. you have a very good point about not being able to open large webpages. it really is pointless- it's like at&t afraid of offering unlimited data plan for their smartphone subscribers when they claim 98% of their smartphone users don't use up more than 2GB of data each month. hahahaha. just venting out, i do realize there was no connection between them.

I also prefer Chat 335 ove... morei just read your opinion today. the rar file i downloaded from 4shared was about 13mb; it contained about 30 games for c3. i installed the apps and games at different times as i have them temporarily extracted on my computer, but . i don't have the phone with me, but so far as i can recall i was able to play games such as block breaker, midnight pool, midnight bowling, crazy penguin, catcha mouse, bubble bobble, and crosspix. i also am using opera mini (the in-built browser is crappy), gmaps, a chat client for a local operator, and mobile rar. i was disappointed some good games- bejewelled, diner dash 1 & 2, zuma, and pyramid bloxx did not work, but so far i have no problem downloading and installing third party apps. i didn't get any error even switching between signed and unsigned apps, and there is no problem as well setting permissions for data access for each app. the opera mini i installed was 3.2 because there was an issue with a local operator with the newer versions (4.1 and 5.2)- they were supported by a competing mobile provider (when you load up the app it says "sponsored by Smart", which is the comptetion of Globe).

hi, I got a problem with setting my email. every time I try to set my email, it says "invalid password", but when I try it on my computer, my email works properly with the same password.... why is that it won't accept my email password on the phone? help me please... thanks
