why when i remove the battery to but other sim card all call log gone time set gone i have to reset all from the start is this ok ? or inside battery danged ?

why is my samsung chat can't make a call using smart sim card?..it says that i need to check phone settings..but when i'm using my TM simcard, it's working..why is it like that?please help..thanks

Could anyone please tell me the how the menus go in the my files, because my screen got messed up and i can0t see anything, so if someone could post the order of commands in the menu so i can transfer the files to my memory card ?

Can Samsung Ch@t 335 be installed with themes? There are just 3 themes available and I want to add new ones. I searched the web and they said it is not possible. Can anyone confirm if this is true so? Thanks

I like da design of da phone bt afta using it4 three months i regret buying a samsung phone,there r good thngs in it like radio recording,nice keybord,clear screen (indoor/outside),gud battery life,things i didnt like; [1].da bluetooth is so slow,sending/receiving a file of 2MB will take more than 3mins. [2]its slow 2open internet pages(operamini). [3]. Cnt open txt or play some videos [4] low volume on da handsfree speaker [5] network always fails 1nce or twice b4 it opens a page [6] u cnt download bigger applications it was my 1st & last samsung going back 2nokia.i recommend ppl a nt buy this useless phone...

Now the Samsung chat 335 is a good phone. This phone is for people who are looking for a cheap, durable, lightweight phone. This phone is good for people who text a lot and who use wifi. Furthermore I have had this phone for 12 days and it has been amazing. I know I haven't had a lot of experience with the phone but ts worked well for me so far. In addition the battery life (medium usage) lasted me about 4days. It's amazing. I've not tested it to its full potential to be honest. But this phone will last you minimum 2-3 days heavy usage. The phone is lightweight and very good for what I do. I am limited to it websites such as gsm arena etc. I can't open up big websites which need a lot of memory. But overall for websites such as bbc and Facebook it has been fine

Hi. Can anybody tell me "language" has a designated easy-acess key on the keyboard. While holding "symbols" only as its second function? I mean, who would need to easily change language so often? Typing in symbols give me a little harder time that it actually should but I thought Samsung has some good explanation why they made it that way. Thanks!

Very practical phone. Cheap, light weight yet fully-functional. But if you're a customization nazi of some sort, maybe this is not for you. Not the best phone for sure but it's the best you can get in its price range.
