If your touch pad doesn't work , try reseting u'r phone settings , from Settings > Reset > Reset settings > phone ( check 'Phone' ONLY ! )

I have a Samsung chat 355, its optical track pad stopped working as-well, send yours back to samsung and get it fixed on warranty. They come with two years warranty free from samsung ;)

just got this phone. this phone is reaaallllyyy amazing but cannot browse to large sites :( and also,when i'm opening the downloaded fb app it turns off..T^T

Its an economical phone. Fairly good for the price it comes for. The shortcomings can be quite annoying though.

ken, 04 Feb 2012hi, i have a problem with this phone. it turns off when rec... morefast u just forgot 2 download video for this phone.at fast u download any video converter software from Google website then choose your pc size video and convert it into mp4 through this software the video configuration is video bit rate-768 and audio bit rate is 128 kbps audio hz is-44100 and resolution is 320*240 and then click the convert option.then go 2 the output folder and take ur mp4 clarity video now u can play this video into ur Samsung chat 335 mobile handset.......

infinite, 03 Feb 2012I want to download videos on my phone, but I can only downl... moreyes i will help u.fast u forgot about 2 download video and play in this phone.you just go 2 the google website and download any video converter software then install it.now choose the pc size video which u want 2 play in this phone then convert this video through any video converter software audio 128 kbps video bit rate 720 and audio hz-44100 then convert it into mp4 format then look how is the clarity................

bad bluetooth connection but honestly i love this phone even if i throw it many times in my bed.. also damn!!!!!!!!!! trackpad!! need to buy another 1

Download the latest version of Kies from samsung website, install it and keep the PC connected to the internet. Now when you connect your phone to the PC, Kies will tell you a new firmware is available (if you haven't upgraded already). Download the firmware and upgrade...
If still the problem persists, go to the nearest Samsung Service Center.

you'll have to download them on PC, then convert them to the required resolution (resolution 320x240, bit rate 512 kbps or low, frame rate 24 fps or low, audio format AAC, sample rate preferable 22500, audio bit rate up to 320 kbps). you can use FormatFactory or Any video converter for the purpose of converting to required format....

I want to download videos on my phone, but I can only download low quality 3pg type files while it says on the specs that it can read MP4, so can anyone help me with that? :L
