I just had my Unit (samsung chat 335) checked on the service center. The optical trackpad is not functioning and according to the technician, they will replace it in 1 week time. Hope the new track pad will be sturdy and genuine..Im so disappointed with this phone...though I like this phone when it comes to messaging..other than that,,,it really SUCKS!!

Can anybody help me to get rid of the broadcast message Get more Call 121)that stays on the screen from Vodafone? I tried to deactivating the Flash on Vodafone services...bit didn't work. Please advise...

I bought this phone just days ago and I am really disappointed with it. The screen itself is not so good and sometimes, I am having a hard time using it because of the glare it produces. The screen's low quality produces it I guess. I am also upset that it cannot open pictures and videos with large file sizes. I'm planning to sell it and buy Nokia C3 instead. What do you think guys?

Well for its price this phone is great... and i mean great... Since it comes in so cheap you cannot complain. it has good WiFi coverage and is quick to connect... one of its strong suits. It's easy to hold in the hands. The browser is user friendly even for a long time Nokia user like me. The touch pad is a bit quirky compared to that of the Black Berry's but then again you will get used to it... The only let down i got when using this phone is also the worst turn down any phone can give... it is the Screen visibility on brightly lit areas... most especially outdoors. it becomes a virtual mirror out on broad daylight... looking in at the screen is like looking at yourself in the mirror... this is the only down side i have come across with this phone but also one of the worse downsides a phone can have... but over all... it is still a great phone for the value of your money... Cheers!!!

Ak, 07 Jun 2011Does it hv trackballno, it doesn't have. Optical trackpad it has. It's less prone to dirt and the flat, shiny pad feels better under your thumb.
