To Simon: No, if you want to watch movies on your D500 you need to convert the video. You need Quicktime on your computer, to watch the videos there.

hey my sister just bought the d500, and the batteries lastet for maxiumum 3 hours after taking the photos, hearing the ringtones, exchanging files via bluetooth and making settings. it's freeeaky!!!
maybe we charged the battery for too little, 90 minutes as it said in the manual: HEEELP PLEASE

Im thinking of getting this phone, does anybody know weather the bluetooth is any good? Also can you send mp3 to it from the computer? looks great in silver!

how do i get da programme to edit my pic?? where to download the software?anobodi plz tell me??dis fon basically juz rocks!i could transfer mp3 files free using bluetooth dongle for free=) it really wont dissapoint u at all~it really works well from da camera to mp3 erithin is brilliat!

My D500 keeps saying 'capture error' whenever i try and take a picture that is in the smallest size and zoomed in. Is there something wrong with my phone or can you just not zoom in on the bigger sized photos?

The worlds best mobile phone awarded recently, this handset works with midp2 as said information,my handset doesnt support midp2 files...shows error while insatllation.

this is the most perfect phone in the world, i keep telling my wife how much i love it and i think she's getting sick of me. The only problem is that it doesnt sync with Mac, it syncs perfectly with outlook on my office pc so I cant complain too much. it's sexy

questions:
1) my bluetooth says it connects with my computer and they both acknowledge each other. it used to be fine before but now the phone can't view received files even though they are the same type of files as it viewed fine before. why and how do i fix this?
2) is there a program that i can use to convert the voice amr files to either a mp3 or mmf file?

Hi,
I have this samsung D500 and read from the manual that it can play ACC audio files, but each time I downloaded ACC audion files on it, it doesn't lay it at all.

i would really like to know if the irda works ok and is it easy to acess and i would like to know how bluetooth works,and can you download real tones and stuff like that

Lily, yes you will have to change each contact deatils to the phone rather than the sim, it will take about 10 or so minutes then you can attach a picture and ringtone to the individual amon other things.
Simon, it's 3gp format, just another format like avi/mpeg, which can be played in Quicktime Player. You will have to convert your avi/mpeg files. Have a google (or P2P) for pvAuthor or imToo. Your phone will be able to play 3gp normally, you don't need any extra software added to the phone, it's already there. More help, email me...
