Why on earth do some people pay good money for a phone (whatever make and model) and not pay that tiny bit extra for insurance to cover accidental damage or loss?

Steph, the easiest way I have found to get mp3's to my D500 is to link it to my PC wrirelessly using the bluetooth facility. You will need a bluetooth dongle which are pretty inexpensive, good selection on ebay. The dongle simple connects via the PC USB. Samsung has some great free software available for download on their website called EastStudio 2.0 which will help.
