i got the d500 and its smashing but i want to know where is the voice memo because i have looked in settings and i cant find it so where is it?

when i go onto write a message and add media/picture or add media/animation the options come up for 'my picture' or 'my animation' but the folders are empty. does anyone know how i can put pictures/animations into this folder??

hi guys just a quick question i downloaded a mp3 video frm a wap portal but there is no sound on my d500? but the other videos and and mp3 files work allright but my friend downloaded the same video frm the same wap site and there was sound and everything was ok can someone tell me why this is happening on my d500?

i think any drawbacks on this phones are minor like 'when you enter the java menu a tune plays' personally i think anyone who makes this their 2nd choise of phone because of this leads a very sad life

Hey i jus bought this phone an its slamming. it caught my eye as soon as i saw it an now i got it. the only ting that i see is needed is to be able to use ur own ringtones for messages but other than that it's greatttt.

does anyone know if the d500 will work with a tv cable? so you can watch movies etc on tv like the d600??

I have had an absolutely terrible exerience with this phone! Was so excited to get it, then upper keypad broke after 3 weeks. (The plastic sheet underneath that recieves keypress). Had it fixed under warranty. Recently the "up" button's plastic sheet broke and now it's out of warranty and they won't fix it for free. Costs a fortune to fix so i've got no up button. Software crashes all the time, if I connect to the net then exit then connect again it crashes! Mp3 quality is terrible, headphones distort from 3/4 volume! Video framerate is awful, maybe 10fps in low light conditions? This phone is a sham...it has the features but they're badly implemented. The camera is nice though, and system is fast. But loaded with software issues!

i gt this phone for my confirmation and its great......best mobile phone about i recomend this phone to anyone andevery one.....!!!!!!!

thanks, i found the option but does it only block messages? i tested it out with my home phone - i put that number on my block list and gave my cell a call but the call still went through. do you know if there's a way to block calls too? i think this option is only for messages... thanks for your help though!

The Samsung D500 is a brilliant Handset, the quality that Samsung Electronics have put into it are satisfying. I have had this Handset for 12 Months and so far is one of the best that I have had. There is only one problem I find with this Handset is that the Volume is utterly shite! When listening to an MP3 it is great, but if you set an MP3 as a ringtone it is very difficult to hear! I have never had a problem with Network Coverage either!

My Samsung D500 came into contact with water after it worked for a few days and now it wont turn on properly is there any way I can fix it

i was wondering..for anyone who has this phone. i remember a while ago, i was looking through my phone and i remember seeing an option where you can block numbers...it had 10 slots (so you can block 10 numbers basically). if anyone knows how to get to this option, it would help alot! thanks!
i've looked through my whole phone about 10 times already and i still cant' find it, but i KNOW there's an option which lets you block numbers from calling....please help!

i got this phone today and absolutely love it... the camera is fantastic with all the extra features it has! i am so glad i got this phone

I have had this phone for a year. the screen has broken once and cost £60 to be fixed (it was stood on) but was worth it as quite a pricy phone. the pics come out good and it has been an excellent phone

tis sound bought it for my boyfriend but i played with the slide to much and it got a bit stiff but it has a lo of memory all round quite a gd fone
