to prajwal: to set diff ringtones for diff callers, go to phonebook>contact list>choose d contact u want to assign a ringtone to>options>edit>scroll down to which ever field u want to edit or assign something either image or ringtone, etc.for ringtone, it's got an icon of a bell then choose from where u want to get the ringtone to be assigned, either from default melodies or downloaded sounds or music then choose from among those and save.
to bbii 100: of course you can transfer the pics u took from the camera to ur computer. get the usb cable to connect ur phone to ur pc and the software (samsung easy studio) for file manager (either on CD which comes with the phone when purchased or download from samsungmobile.com)and you can do stuff like download/upload mp3's, images,videos to and from ur phone and pc. u can even type sms msgs and/or memos on ur pc and send via ur phone or copy ur phone book to outlook express. ur phone can even be ur modem! firstly, get the usb cable and install the software.

I have now had the D500 for 12 months. Its great, never let me down! The slide has lasted well as i thought it might go a bit sticky after a year but its great. and even after been dropped on the floor on numerous occasions its still working wonders! Memory is excellent for such a small phone.

I have rescently purhcased the samsung d500 and the only problem i am exprencing is that it is displaying a thing called DNS Error and it displays pretty consitive

i can and have downloaded a cam video but the software i have will not allow me to convert the vid to mp4 etc ! any software which will convert to mp4 plz? post asap tanks !!!

yo i like this phone but the 1 complaint i have about this phone is 1st i dont know how to get mp4's on it the second is the battery isnt as good as some nokia 1s and apart from the the phones excellent i never doubted it because samsung is a good company.
