@ nixie,d600 IS way better cuz of much higher resolution of screen 320 by 240 instead of 176 by 220, better cam 2 mp instead of 1.3 mp, a card slot and that even has pocket microsoft editors,+ a few more things aswell which i cannot remember. And can plz anybody tell me how to view photos on d500 on full screen

to skirmis: yeaps...this phone can store contacts to either phone or sim...an option will appear when you want to save a number.
one more thing...did you know that samsung offers the best vga display ever? N70 is good, but this D500C is like watching a mini-HD TV...just among the reasons why i bought this phone..

samsung d500c...hmm, at first i didn't know samsung had such a great phone like this.. well i was actually at a phone shop 6 months ago thinking of buying either an O2 or motorola. hated nokia, sonyericsson 4 kids. the blue-black color on this phone really mesmerized me..so i asked for a test-run..my, my, never seen such sleek phone like this...looks way cool too..and i was thinking of having something different...been 6 months now, and ALL my friends still envied my samsung, (plus my dad too)..hahaha... they can't beat mine!!

i have had my samsung for enarly a year and its just started to die! its lost the sound, the photos dont come out quick, it takes about 10 seconds to take it after hitting, take. i just hate it! im going for a new fone now, ill buy the nokia 6111!

i really like dis fone, & so far i can not c in any way how d d600 is way betta! (xcept 4 d slightly betta camera! lol) can sum1 plz advise me on which i shuld get 4xmas?!?!?

this a a proper gud fone it doesnt play up no problems at all it has wiked camera(1.6 pixels) which is exstremely gud

got a samsung d500 and my screen has started palying up. going all white, freezing and the moving objects going all funny so i have applied to get a new screen fited(for free:)) i have been told to back up all the stuff on my phone as it can be lost when the new screeen is fited. does anyone know how i do this??? thnx

no memory expandability. What can a buyer do with it once its 96 MB gets filled?

i would just like to say that this is the best phone i have ever had, i have never had one problem with it since i have owned it and i have had it for a long time now. I work in a phone shop and come across alot of faulty phones or phones that have stuffed up in the first few months, i have never had one call back on the samsung D500 and we have sold alot of them aswell, so if u are looking for a reliable phone with alot of memory (96MB) so u dont have to keep on deleting things then this is the one to buy.... i give this 10/10
