Katrina you need to master reset the phones by going to settings - master reset - select all and then enter 00000000. this wont wipe any of your contacts, pictures etc like other phones do. This should do the trick plus try the info Tom has given you. k

Katrina, try putting the phone on charge while it is turned on and remove the battery while it is plugged in. Leave it out for a short while rebuild the phone and see if that works, Hope it does.

hi my d500 keeps saying limited service vodafone have said that its not a problem with them also my daughters has done the same does anybody else have this problem if so how do i fix it??? thanks.

My mobile phone freezes up and i know why... it freezes up then resets its self, because theres too much memory in the phone, and the phone cant handle too much memory on the call register, u must delete it more often then it wont freeze anymore

I was just wondering if this has happened to anyones phone... when i press the accept/answer key, my phone freezes and it resets. this only happened today and can't seem to fix the problem. i even reset my phone and the problem is still the same. Can anyone help?

To download the songs onto your phone i purchased easy studio from e-bay, it is a disc and a cable and this will download your songs onto your phone.
Could anybody help me with downloading my video's from my phone onto my computer as they download but i do not know what to play them on.

there are three ways to get songs into this phone.
1. download from wireless web(meaning from the web in your phone) i believe it costs
2. get the PIM and FILE manager and use it with data cable, if your box didn't come with the data cable, you can buy it but the PIM and FILE manager is free at the samsung site
3. then there is bluetooth, buy a bluetooth dongle, plug it to your comp and voila you can wirelessly transfer files, musics, pics to your phone and vice versa.
personally, bluetooth is the best because it is most efficient, less of a hassle because it doesn't have any 'strings'. it is also more faster if you have decent internet connections

What a let down! After having this phone for 4 months one of my few celeb clients comes in with a screen problem. Guess what the thing still does not copy to sim from phone mem! Thats sad Samsung and due to this you will lose a few hundred sales through us alone this year! Hats off. Can i know whether D500 and D500C the same phone?In Malaysia,the phone is warranty by FMG. Can i know whether it comes with only 1 battery or 2? (1 standard and 1 slim). Please advice. TQ :)
