hey holli i am staff from handphone shop if u want to buy samsung d500 u better choice inno P10 coz d500 no external memory no enough space to save the photo u trust me many customer n my friend already compliant...

I like it, coz its Black and it is LOUD enough to wake me up every morning. I think it needs more color variation for its SKIN n font colors for this kind of phone. The battery is ok i guess, i think it should last longer

its good phone but not great as sony ericsson s700i n dont buy brand new go for 2nd hand n no quality mp3 but the bluetooth fantastic

holli don't get it, its rubbish.
The phone cannot be personalised you have to use the standard tones for txt messages. 80mb of space is small. I found that I kept hitting the "cancel" button when working round the menu. If you get an Orange D500 then it is Orange Branded and has a different menu system and is slow. If you do want an Orange D500 and get it unlocked you will have to get the whole phone re-flashed to remove the orange stuff. basically it is the worst phone ever. I can't see why everyone is so excited about it.. I would rather get a SonyEricson k750i

im gettin the samsung d500 very soon but is it a good phone i lv the design n heard all the stuff thats is on it but iv heard bad thingz about is ne 1 here say i shud get the phone???

I just got this phone yesterday, quite familiar with all the function. But there is 1 problem, the sound of the camera and video to zoom in and out, and also adjust brightness, it annoyed me. Is there any way to off the sound ?

Had phone 4 over a month now. exerlent phone feel`s great to hold, brilliant screen,easy to use.

Unfortunately, I live in a place in which I have to order this phone, and I would like to see the colors available, but on the internet I could only find the black color.
I would appreciate very much if you could please indicate me a link were I can see all colors, black and silver.

ive recently brought the d500 and pleased with it, 1 prob... i have the usb cable with file manager but everytime i plug usb in to download mp3's says offline someone please help me out someone anyone !!!!!!!!

Dang...when Koreans have 5 mpxl phone with TV reception we have this as most new phone here in State......the US phone companies are really playing monopoly here...

D500 is a beautiful and user friendly phone i have ever used. The camera is really good and also the memory is good. But the problem is if I have to download the videos and photos to my laptop there is no option to download all of the at a time And if there is any sofware which is to be installed on my PC do let me know and where to get it, is there any free downloads for the software.

Hi All, just to help you out Lee Ann from Cape Town,I read your comment that you posted last week, The D 500 does in fact have caller id. you can go into your photo album, select the pic and set as caller id to the desired contact...hope it helps!
