If u's say da backlight stays on while charging, couldn't u go into settings and turn it off? Because on my LG it can do that, i'm am just curious, plz reply!!

the phone design is good,i like it.but dont

I bought this phone, think its gr8, had no problems sending pic msg, changing tunes or anything on it. 2 send the pic msg, just create msg, mms, go on2 mhat u mat 2 do, add it in, then just send it, after the 1st time shuold have no probs, better than any other phones I've had b4.xxx

this cellphone is not that great... the volume for the ringtone it's not loud at all, even though i hate ericsson, but i just say that their ringtone & battery life is way better than this cellphone. also i find this phone very easy to drop to the floor, not that great. the camera could be better..

I just discouvered the problem that everyone seems to have with the keypad tone. If you put the dialling display to normal, than u can access the keypad tone and change it. The phone is really grate and I have a special edition on white. But I would have wished to have a special place for the holder. Other than that I'm satisfied!

I have a question about the D520 owners. I can't change the keypad tone. It was possible in the begining, but then....I can not even acces it! Please help, I really don't like the tone and I would like to put it on mute.

hey everyone well im still deciding on if i should but the samsund d520 aand i dont knw if i shuld i love the way it looks slides up and even the camera on it but i still dont know if its good memory wise and by me reading all these comments im kinda having second thoughts can anyone giv me some advice please. thankss :)

im having trouble with my mms and wap.
i cant send any multimedia messages.
my dad has a similar samsung.
and he cant either.
does anybody know how to fix this?.

The phone is cool! The design is what I like most. When you hold it it gives a cool feeling and when you slide up the front pannel the feeling becomes very cool :) The display has great contrast! The camera is not the best, but better tha VGA. You can store about 20 MP3 songs. But as I said, the pleasure comes from design and feeling when holding and talking with it.

the phone will buzz and ring at the same time if you chose default sound-settings from 12 through 20. Sound settings 1 through 11 does not have this feature. just set it to "tone" and it buzzes to the beat of the tune.

I just got this phone yesterday, and my camera will often freeze while in use or not connect at all when I try to use it.. Does anyone know what the problem might be and how I can fix it?

i love my phone to bits.....but...its so quiet, ive missed lots of calls as i cant hear it in my pocket or bag and why wont it ring and vibrate at the same time???....help

Please can someone tell me if they also have problems with phone reception?? I have changed the handset once and it's better than it was, but I still find that I have areas with no reception at all or it will drop a call. I've had the phone for about a month now and have got used to all the functions and I do love it, but I need to know if that's common or if I need to change the phone again. Would be grateful for some help.

oh and if you use your own pictures that you took with the phone or uploaded to your phone, you can not stretch it out and put it as a wallpaper. does anyone know how to make the picture fill up the whole screen when set to a wallpaper?
