I have been using this phone for about a year now...and i have to confess that's it's a really great phone...Unfortunately it accepts memory cards up to 1GB...which is one of it's few drawbacks...

I had a certain phone which i could charge every two days, i reffered this problem to my fiance (JANE MWAMADI) who is in SA-she decided to send me D600. I've used this phone almost a year now but no problem registered. To be precise this is the phone i wanted to have in my life. I hope i will buy one for my young brother FISHANI SEULI who is also in a problem of phone at home

I've used phones but D600 is the best. We talk of me phone memory. Promise to have it after my graduation next month

more cons: the phone resets itself if there are too many operations i request - (unstable os) Ringer sound is quiet for first second and then increases to it's normal level afterwards. click on shutter and actual taking of picture is approx 1 second lag - annoying. menu/ok button when pressed is a 'quickkey''hotkey' button for online service = annoying.

bought this phone 4Q 2005. mic doesn't work now ~ i dropped it too many times. mic is attached to motherboard so repair will cost too much. must use headset. sound quality superb, display screen above average. definitely a great phone. mic should be a separate entity from mb for an easier repair.

fantastic phone in everything sound, camera and lcd brightness believe me it's value for mony and the bettery life is good too

can't wait to buy it..actually planning to get one the next week..
& i have a question, can this accomodate a 2GB memory card?? would it give me a problem in the future if i use such memory?? would it log a little bit if i use the 2BG memory card??

Yeah, I've had this phone for about 2 years now, but just recently dropped it, and a car ran over it... haha, but oh man.. this phone was great, i paid $400 when it first came out.. but I think it was well worth it!
anyone know where I can get it fixed? its just the screen thats broken i beleive

i love this phone. my only complaint is that there is a lag when you take pictures. it takes a while to actually take the picture. other then that.. excellent quality :)

Wonderful phone, had mine for over 2 years now it's had some knocks and i must admit it's been dropped a fair few times but still works perfectly!!! GREAT PHONE!!!!

It is so good set. but LCD of my Mobile is damaged.Price of new LCD is 3700. it is expensive .Is it another affordable option.

i purchased yesterday. this phone look and display was very much impressed me. this 2005 model display is equal resolution with k800/ d900. picture quality also very nice.

The samsung d600 is a very hard wearing phone that's great and the battery last superb on it, it's also very comfortable to use and you don't worry about leaving it in your pocket all day like the Motorola Razr's or the LG chocolate's or shines and many other phones beacause this phone is built to last and wont damage like that, perfect for the male user that get's there use out of there phone. The 2 mega pix camera is okay if your getting your first 2mega pix camera but when you have had others like e900 the camera is a bit slow to snap pics, and there is a small differnce in quality too!
