Jimmy,What do you term as poor battery life. How long was your initial charge and also is your phone D600 or D600E (E is only on orange)

Hi,
All of you that say the blank screen is irritating and you can't tell if the phone is on or off; just hold one of the arrrows on the side, the time,date and signal info is displayed. Hey presto!And the person who was asking WHERE IS THE MEMORY SLOT- it's underneath the colume arrows and labelled T-FLASH, open it with your fingernail ( Couldn't you have looked in the manual?????) Can anyone tell me how to add more album lists to the mp3 thing?THANKS

to put dwnloaded pics as full screen wallpapers you will have to make the downloaded pic 320x240 :)

I absolutely love this phone, have just upgraded from d500. only thing i don't like is that the camera isn't on the slide bit like d500, but it's a small adjustment :) would thoroughly recommend this phone to anyone. i came from being a nokia user and after using a samsung will never go back. if only they could get a vibrate/ring profile! just one question, does anyone know how to get downloaded pictures and wallpapers to go full size on the screen? and as i am a little clueless could someone explain it step by step? cheers :)

i seen some of the helpful suggestions in this forum that you guys have posted.
i am looking forward to buy a d600 in next couple of days,how ever i have one questions
can d600 record mpeg4 352x288 video unlimitly (until memory run out)or is it in 3gpp format only? cause my friend told me only in 3gpp for unlimite recording so i am
really confused. thanks guys..

Apart from the excellent Picsel Viewer software and the addition of expandable memory, this phone is a poor upgrade from the D500. Blank idle screen is irritating as unable to tell if phone is on. Camera is only adequate - would have been great to see autofocus and/or macro added. TV out is a gimmick that not many will use. Even the startup and shutdown screens look silly now with 'fun club' graphics compared to the more business-like ones of D500. Piano black finish of D500 also looks better. I regret not going for the SE K750i as this seems to be a better all-round performer.

Please help. Can anyone explain to me why my phone says "unknown" when someone who is in my phone book calls me. I have read the manual and fiddled with every function available but cant find the answer

This phone is great.
I am however trying to download extra games and videos off the internet. Please can anyone tell me what format of games i need because when i transfer a file via bluetooth, it ends up in the 'other files' section and is locked. It is the same with videos that are mpeg4.
Could someone please help???

this phone is 2 cool way better then 7610 or n90............it amazed me.......the card slot is lowwer the KEY SOUND TAST is written on it T-FLASH

Just got the phone and I think its great!
Just one problem. My last phone was a motorola and I was able to use hands free with my bluetooth headset. I could get the phone to answer after 3 rings and when the call ends, hang up. All without touching any buttons.
Is there any way I can do this with the D600? I have the headset working OK but not the hands free bit.

To save your msgs in your sent items you actually have to choose save and send at the time of sending the message, instead of just send.

Just bought this phone yesterday.
Everything works fine, though the Sony Ericsson's W800 is easier to use.
ONE PROBLEM:
After installing the CD software for the USB drivers and file manager, my PC cannot detect the external memory that is installed in the phone. It only charges the phone's battery. HELP!!!

Hello every one with the video problem on mp4 file the video will stop after 20-30 seconds. To SOLVE this problem youy have to chage the 20 or longer video to 3GP on Samsung pc studio 3. This software comes with the phone. THANKS
