Hi Cindy, You need to update your sim card. I had the same problem. Just phone your network they will help.

to akm 123 ,,,,i put earlier about how i put up with the e900 for as long as i cud but sent it back due to sensitive buttons..the d600 comes with tele cables records better video in my experiance & the d600 has a better scratch resistant screen so you feel safer with it.

i receiveda USB cable with my Samsung D600, as stated. i had heard from friends that this provided a simple method for getting pictures from my phone to my computer. however after installing the "Samsung PC studio" disk which was included with the USB i still cannot seem to work this out. my computer is telling me that it cannot link up with my phone to receive the data, which is quite odd. does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Can this phone ring a melody and vibrate at the same time? or is it just like other samsung phones where it vibrates first then ring?
or you can only choose vibrate only or ring only?

yo this phone i have it and i tell u its a dang gud phone but i juss have a quwstion i entered some code on the phone *#899*8378# and i reset the volume controles and now i cant hear nun wehen people call me would u be kind to help me and give me the difalut volume controlls please and thank u.

Does anyone know how to change the settings so i can receive picture messages? my friend send me pics but i can't retrieve it... tells me it is a unrecognised subscriber when the person is in my network?

Good phone but very poor battery life.Actually got a few questions -->
1> How can I autosave the outgoing messages to the sentbox folder?
2> How do I save all my messages to phone memory rather then to the SIM?
3> Is it possible for me to get a firmware upgrade and if yes which is the latest version?

this phone is better than that D820 in my opinion becuse d820 looks very bad even though its slim but D600 comes with more in the box and has a good camera

Hi. Im about to buy new samsung phone to replace my e730. but i cant decide which would i buy - the d600 or the d820. I love the d820 for its newer look, rotating cam lens and its slim size. But ive read the info that it does not have any hole for attaching celfone strap or chain. It also does not have the TV out cable found in the package of d600. Which keypad is more comfortable? Which phone has better mp3 sound?
by the way, im from korea, living in the philippines. Have no chance to go back in korea because of my school. Please answer my questions. Thanks. --Gelo

Why won't my D600 pair with my TOMTOM 500 although it's on the approved list? Tom Tom keeps saying it can't find any blue tooth activity on my phone yet they both recognise each other, only thing I can think of is D600 asks for password(0000) not recognised. Or I need to download some software from either tom tom or samsung. Help! As I'm about to upgrade to a D900 which has v2.00 blue tooth as opposed tov.1.2 bluetooth would this make a difference?

the d600 is a great phone i had it 4 x-mas it has a brill camra and the musiic is brill on it 2xxxxxxxxx
