From the manual, it says I may send out the SOS Message by pressing 4 times of "side key" with the phone closed (of course I have set in the recipient and selected Yes to "message sending"). I have tried all the keys but it seems does not work. Anybody, please help? Which one is the "side key"?Thank you.

im thinking about buying this phone but ive heard some comments about the battery life of it and the image quailties?? Pleasee help me because I am not sure about the rest of the phone..any ideas?

I've had this phone for over a year now and it's really great. Battery life is really good, I charge it every other day. Picture quality is more than aceptable, sound is great, lots of room for pics and mp3. The display is AMAZING... it's a very good looking phone. Not too big.
Cons, it won't auto save your outgoing msgs, you have to select the option every time if u want to save it.
also, it does not have FM radio nor WI-fi, altough it does have WAP browser.

Wel i came from nokia and i must admit the samsung range is exellent i have a sgh d600 and i love it to bits ONLY THING ITS BATTERY LIFE IS RUBBISH

I had my D600 for 6 months, its a gr8 phone but my sliding is a bit frictioned now - I have a Q - when I set any photo to be a wallpaper on the mobile - its come so small despite I use high resolutions 1024 or 2048 .. THANKS

Hi! About some popular Samsung mobile phones:
X820 : It gets easily warm while you are talking with, the lens(2Mp) and the sensor(CMOS) is the same as D600 but picture quality is not as good as D600. Besides battery performance is very poor. The TFT screen is very good but D820/D830/D600/E900’s are better.
D820/D830 : High quality constructions and the screens are amazing. But battery performans are poor (especially D820). Picture quality is not so good (indoors photos are very bad, because of lack of flash)
E900 : Touchsensitive control pad is very nice(especially in the dark) Poor battery performans, picture quality is not as good as D600. D820 has better slider mechanism than E900.
D600 : Very good screen/battery performance/picture quality. But the lens get easily dirty and be damaged because it has no lens cover.

I love this phone i just got it and it has so much stuff on it i will never get bored with it. i have some questions if anyone could answer them that would be great. My texts dont show up in the sentbox and i can't figure out why. Also is it possible to set a downloaded ringer to my text message.

i have this phone. great featers...
but no fm radio... and do downloadable skins. it's a great bargain....
features are jampacked. i love this phone

well dat "unknown subscriber" message comes on maybe because u havnt installed MMS settings,get them of ur network.hopefully it shud sort problems out
