omg daisy duck u are soo right...i changed my mind from this to the e730
1 prob is that both are lacking speaker phone
but we can live with that
even though these phones are soo close to perfect there iz alwayz atleast 1 thing lacking
like IrDA but thatz not reall important to me...bluetooth allowz a wider range of wireless communication

    Oooohh nooo, why there are not those mp3 buttons below the external screen, like on the e730? Every phone which is almost perfect is missing always something.

                Well its my time to switch branding...Its a great flip phone design that comes with MMC card slot! Too sad there's neither radio nor built-in handsfree...Megapixels should be higher too! Thnx!

                    Why don't you guys read through the specs, before you write such stupid things. The D730 is a Symbian phone, just as all D7xx phones before (But none of them actually made it to the shelves). It's likely that this one won't reach the retail shops just as its predecessors.
                    And no it's not a flip copy of the D500! E720 is a flip copy of D500.
                    Well we can only hope that this time Samsung will actually release this phone. the D700 is officially not going out, the D710 is "Coming Soon" from last year's CeBit.
                    Tendencies show that D720 and D730 will be just concept models. I really wish that I'm wrong abput this, I wanna see this phone, cause I'm sure that Samsung can make Symbian phones hist as good as Nokia.

                      there's no build-in handsfree for speakerphone, the only downside. other then that, it looks nice, from whati can see.

                        Hi I think if this phone has symbian OS it is the best of the world. But I do NOT guess so it is so little and light.

                                I am proud to be the 1st to comment on this phone. I think its nice, with good specs!. i also think that the phone is a D500 FLIP.
