just got this phone, it's pretty wicked so far. looks cool (had great comments bout it from friends) and has good features for cheap. Battery life is fine... i can play songs most of the day and take photos etc and just charge it that night, obviously if you arent using features every second of the day it'll be sweet to run a few days without charge. can't use custom message tones (i.e for receiving sms) but that's no biggie as i have it set to vibrate anyway. Anyway, sweet phone

Maybe your phone is defective.... i have a little more of 90% of the Sim card occupied and still ringing...., also i have always have good reception, and with me always too show caller ID... or my telephone is the only perfect or your telephone has some defects... go to the service center ;-)

No, the TV-Out means that the content inside your phone can be proyected in TV, well in any machine (t.v., provector, plasmas, lcd) that have a input RCA.

well i read some of the people's comments saying about the battery. how long does it last really? cua i'm about to buy one myself, and wondering if this is better than the D800, D840, D820, and the E900. Thanks.

                      @ susun
transfering a video or a song to its memory card is hustle free, easy as 1-2-3 :D. just click on the file and look for the word "move to" then you can choose from memory card or to a different folder. :D

no, the reception is not poor. I have my D820 for 9 months now and everything is clear. I honestly say this because even you whisper, the other line can hear you because of its voice clarity function.

Yes, you can secure all multimedia features with a security code, the items you can secure is: images (all images), videos, msg (sms, mms, email), callrecords, phonebook, music, sounds, "other files", and the memory card ;-)

                              All this in security settings.

                                      T-Wreck,

Here in the Philippines, the Samsung D820 cost around 15K-16K pesos with 1 year warranty and full pack accesories (64mb memory card, TV out cable, stereo headphones, usb cable with software cd, battery, charger and phone. I saw a much cheaper D820 here in Cebu City which costs around 12k-13k but no warranty and some accessories (no memory card, no TV cable, no stereo headset). Hope this will help.

example; ucan check a mobile of sony ericsson k510 its camera 1.3.. and d820 or x700 camera 1.3.. u,ll have to say.. (wonderfull).. and the a good function of d820. that it can record conversation ....
and in final . i will say ..that if u need a good result of lcd and camera.. ur choice should b samsung....
