I think "only think" the D600 keypad is more confortable..... i don't know exactly....

Yes, it comes with the TV Cable, well.. with mine it comes ;-)

For.. what do you want a celfone strap or chain, but nop, this phone doesn't come with that type of holes......

What is the best? For me definity this D820/T809 :-D

      TO: aadil

First you need store the MP3 in the phone, and go to the options in that song, and set as Ringtone

Hi. Im about to buy new samsung phone to replace my e730. but i cant decide which would i buy - the d600 or the d820. I love the d820 for its newer look, rotating cam lens and its slim size. But ive read the info that it does not have any hole for attaching celfone strap or chain. It also does not include the TV out cable found in the package of d600. Which keypad is more comfortable? Which phone has bet

Ey! ^__^ i have read some of the most good comments to this phone (i guess). I'm actually planning to buy it even though there are already a lot of new gadgets in the market. Thing is i just want to know some things..

*Is the phone durable? Like if I accidentally drop the phone, would it automatically get broken/defects?

*Can I actually use mp3 as a message alert tone?

*Can someone compare which has a better camera capture (between N3650 and D820)? (N3650 is my current phone *sigh*)

*Are there actually themes that I can download for the phone?

*Is the sound good? Like the ringingtone or mp3 is playing.. Is it clear?

Please do help... Just want to know if it would meet my wants/expectations. I want an affordable, durable phone with good performance.. ^__^ thanks!

I realy do not have a problem on the battery, mine last for 4 days when using for calls and text messaging only and 2 and half days when using heavily on multimedia specially mp3 musics.

You're Welcome And Excelent Choice ;-)

Maybe is for you, but is you look for a Phone with an excelent MP3 player... maybe you should look for a sony of series Wxxx, this is a great phone, but is more a profesional phone, and the series Wxxx is more entertainment..., take a look of the "Holiday gift guide" here at GSMArena in the principal page :-D

                    TO: Acid-BurnZ77

Maybe you should try to clean the mechanism... if that not works go to the service center ;-)

In my case.. only in colds days the sliding is a bit diferent, but no more... But all functional, and no complains ;-)

                      Shinryu and pao:

Many thanks guys. I'll defintely buy this phone.

I also asked info on the d840 forum and since I don't intend to print large posters the d820 is a good choice.

Also the rotating lens appeals to me. My current phone (samsung e810 vga camera)has such a lens and it helps a lot to take nice pics of me with g/f.

The only sad thing is that it will be propably after christmas before I get my hands on this one.

                          Hi everybody :)

I have this D820 for about 2 month and in general it's a good phone. But I've noticed that after a month the sliding mechanism doesn't work that good as it should. And now after 2 month it got only worse :( It's really hard to push the top part up, it feels like it's stuck and slides really slowly. It's not that smooth like it was before :(

                            To Adi

hello! if you can't decide yet what to buy between d820 and d840,, i recommend you to buy D820 because i have the same phone for about 2 weeks and i have no regrets buying it. it has all the features that i need and like what you have said, a rotating camera is what we need for a better portrait. =)

                              * Yes, you can use MP3 Ringtones

                              To : Others

The resolution (taking pics) is important, bul also is the software, and the lens, this in 1.3Mpxs is excelent for takin normal pics, of course is deseable have a 2Mpx, but with this 1.3 is enough for me and go to print it, they are all excelent!

                              Generally Configuration:

ISO 100, Balance of Whites = Automatic in Day, fixed at night or indoors, quality: Super Fine, And resolution = 1280*1024

The rotatin lens like somesaid before... is excelent for selfportriats..... but if the D840 is more advanced... i would recomend the D840

And like i my T809 (Mexico, by default in the company is deblocked :-D) is a great phone!

If you want more Megapixels maybe you will will print many posters ;-)

Great design.Great screen resolution 240x320.Poor photo taking, only 1.3mp.battery lasts 1 1/2day(when you talk much).Great disadvantage, there is no ringing through the headphones when you have an income call.Especially if you drive a moto that's awful.

Hi, I am not so sure if I should buy a d820 or d840 so any help is deeply appreciated.

I really like the shape of the d820 but am not so sure if buying a phone with less than 2MP is a good choice.Or am I wrong? At the moment I have only a VGA cameraphone.

I like the rotating lens (d820),the d840 lacks this.Is this a great miss for the d840, Sorry if it sounds silly, but guess a rotating lens is just for better self-portraits?

                                    Thanks in advance.
