guys i ask again....why is gprs wap so slow on this phone, are there any settings for gprs wap???

can someone tell me if:
1) u can turn to silent ringtone midway like the nokia phones can?
2) connect to speaker mode (if there's speaker?) once it rings and it shows 'Speaker' on one touch of a button?
3) how convenient is it to sms?

Menu > Sound Settings > Keypad Tones < Off

Guys these are easy things that u should be able to figure out either using the Usual or just looking around.... Sorry to say this... but you guys shouldnt be using a PHONE if you dont know these basic things!

I have read back around 10 pages of posts. I really dont see why some people moan.
"oh the mp3 is crap becuase blah blah" Well for a start its a phone. If you want a decent mp3 player get an iPod
"Oh the camera is crap bla blah" Well guess what, its a phone not a feckin canon 1DS MK II SLR.
"the java games are this and that blah blah feckin blah" Heres the thing, its a PHONE! I do remember seeing a p2p and a nintendo in some shop windows that did a good job on games.
You are never gonna get all the things you want. Period. Thats why you get dedicated hardware for dedicated work. This, and it may suprise some of you, is a PHONE.You use it to call people and in return they call you at times. like some guys have said, everything else is just a bonus. If you dont like it go and get your sony /nokia. You will find yourself still moaning about something on those phones. Nothing is perfect. If you have voume issues, use the hack code or maybe take off the sticker. You guys shouldnt be too lovey with it either, i mean, most of you are grown men and you are crying over a scratch on an inanimate object, a phone. Give me strength! Personally I have had every phone under the sun (more or less) all the way back to the portable phone in a suit case (well, was back then!), and you know what? I like this phone. Its simple. It works and its from a manufacturer that is helping push the boundaries of new tech in the comms market AND helping to push down prices. On top of all this, its help build its country into a recognised power in technology, giving it a stable and fast growing economy that is helping the masses. Not much more I can add. Just enjoy the phone! ;)

ok, my 4th post i think..but yea, well..i took my mem out after i made it work after making work for long how long..and now it doesnt work on my phone again...im getting tired of this turn off/on my phone jaz to make it recognize..i did dat format k:/fs:fat in cmdfront..but still my phone says NOT ALLOWED>..fawk, i should had bought the SE K800 on a lower price thatn this..i noe its slim and hiden but SE made phones better pix and vid...also they music plays the entire songs u have on ur mem..not like this 1 only 30 songs can only put on a playlist which only have 4 playlist LIST...so u have 150 songs only :( hmm i guess its too late..i guess going back to use my 256MEM is 1 solution of my prob..thx..ill get SAMSUNG for this haha j/k im thinking of warranty? lol

The battery life on D900 is terrible. Lasts one day if left on. A bit long winded send a text as well, New message,optionssend only thento , then select contact, then options send..!!! may as well ring em

ok ok ok! i think im jaz over reacting haha coz i restarted my phone like twice...1st, i didnt check if my phone sees da mem ...but the recond time i restarted it...wow and there it is..my 1GB hehe...ty SAMSUNG D900 USER>..im using FAT32 right now..since FAT is only uses 16...so i guess i OWE u 1...my first time using SAMSUNG..fan of SONYERICSSON ...sold my K750 to buy K800 but kinda ran to D900..its SLIM and slickness...thanks again
