Hi Rajesh,
i read the discussions about D900 upgrades.
i want to upgrade my D900 and also think about SE.
the new W890i seems amazing:

the camera will have some missing features like auto-focus and flash (that is not that useful anyway) but:
- will have a more solid, totally metal construction.
- much better MP3 player.
- more compact design.
- amazing looks.

To Riyaad: You can change APN of Java World on your D900 by selecting Menu/ Applications/ Java World/ Options/ Network Settings. Now you can see APN and other settings. (USMAN)

The Samsung D900 is exactly like the Samsung SCH-R610 from Cricket. The bad thing about the phone is that it can't bluetooth other songs and pictures, just contacts.

usman thanks for the tips man but i still can't get the games to load. i did everything on the page and got as far as putting the games on the uploader and i see the progression bar on the phone but then i get an error everytime. Well i think the problem is that this is no option to go in the settings when i go to java world on my phone (D900) so i cant change the APN. Is there anyway to get around this.

I think, Samsung D880 is the better upgradation of D900 which has all the features of D900 (also picsel viewer & TV out & Themes) with DUAL SIM cards support (both SIMs are online simultaneously)+ FM stereo radio + Image Stamp + Dictionary software + Profiles + Video Streaming. but till now, in pakistan, it's price is around 21,000 pak rupees. I am not sure that it is available in INDIA or not but it is available in PAKISTAN. Hope that the price will drop down soon!

what is a good size/resolution for pics? .... cause when i set something as wallpaper the text blocks some of the pic...the part that carries the date and time...

MAXIMA, clever! ;-) But I think samsung doesn't provide a free upgrade so i may go for another.... probably an SE

hi everyone,

i've been using D900 for over a year, it's perfect. never fails like nokia do. and the price and size compared to nokia with similar features is great. i recommend it to anyone who is dissapointed with SE or nokia mobiles.
