Mr. rajesh & co please help me.Actually I want to buy a mobile.At presnt i am a Nokia N72 user.I really want to go for samsung D900 or D900i.More often than not I access internet through my N72, either in the mobile screen or I connect it to my PC via bluetooth or USB and access in the computer screen.I,d like to know whether I will be able to do the same with my D900 or D900i.someone told me that the mobile screen in D900 can not display real and big internet pages.Is it true? waiting for ur response

Rajesh - you replied to my comment below about the memory card. It's not a faulty card as it works perfectly in other applications (camera, laptop SD reader). The "not allowed" problem is quite widespread, and has even been acknowledged if not resolved by Samsung. Just google it if you don't believe me.

Thanx Mr Rajesh.. I'm the one who had asked about the link which show how to install programs on the mobile.
actually it does work but I had a proplem that after installing the first program and trying to install the second, the memory space wasn't enough coz only about 4 MB is allowed for JAVA applications.
is there any way to increase it ? or could I install the programs on the micro SD?

Rajesh .. i've formated the memory card inside the phone..but still the same problem..i've tried another memory card and it works..i think my memory card is damaged..what do u think ? can i try anything else ? thanks

I bought the thing about 22 hours ago. What a beauty!! It was hard to depart form a long history of Sony Ericsson (T306, T610, K700, S700, K608) but it's well worth it.
Q.1.- I can't seem to find the way to shut de "Movistar" screen text on the screen as there is no other option than "bottom" or "top". Is this due to the D900UKFI3 firmware that comes with it¿? How can I solve this¿?
Q.2.- On my SE era, I used to approach the myK608.com (myT610.com, etc.) for everything I needed. I used to find Themes, Games, Sounds, Software and stuff. Every thing free of charge. I can't seem to find anything like it for Samsung, as EVERYTHING is €€€€ or $$$$. Can anyone tell me of ather similar place or address¿? I love to customize my phones. Are there any themes for Samsung other than "Black" and "White"¿? Thank you.

I have no problems with the card, same with many others also. Why blaming the phone for purchasing a faulty memory card ?!

DANY G; You should have (1) purchased a SANDISK card (2)formatted it within the PHONE.
Even now you can format it within the phone. Try (my files/mem card/options/mem card settings/format..)

Hi mate, i'm afraid what Rajest mentioned is correct. D900 is a poor shooter during a low light moreover its weak flash light which only work for 1-2feet range. Afterall, if u're shooting with an object tat is lit by a light, then try to play around with its setting like set it to higher ISO (probably to ISO400) and also set to Spot Exposure Metering, that will help abit ! ;) aahh yeah, dont forget to enable the AutoFocus too as well, hehe. its a great fone and quality for money value, something i cant say for other brands,i have used motorala v3i and k1 nokia N90, nothing comes new in terms of camera image quality, i really havent tried a sony ericcson yet, but honestly money wise, the d-900 in my currency is for 1775 L.E., whilst the competitors with a similar cameras are nokia N93 (3.15 mega pixels)= 3650 L.E., and the SE K800 (3.15 mega pixels)= 2200L.E., nokia n73= 2250 L.E. and it music version = 2450L.E.
so basically the D-900 from samsung is like around 500 L.E. less than the next cheapest the sony ericcson k800, and like 700-1000 less than the nokia rivals, i wonder why although iam quiet sure that both the samsung and the sonyericcson mobiles are like light ages ahead oh the bulky ugly nokia,
p.s. i have been using nokia fones for like ages, they suck in terms of quality to money value, and we dont even get the ones produced in finland around here, we get second grade ones "ny nokia" from china or from who knows where...
i used the d-900 as a loaner while my nokia waz being service for a software mess up (lol at the symbian software ), and i honestly never liked the idea of carring a samsung or anything other than nokia,
but people samsung-> excellent, and very sophisticated, and more important nokias are like carried by everyone..my garbage collector has a N93..so dah.. (no offence to the garbage men), but id really love to carry something unique and special and fine,
so id really go for the d-900 or newer ultra slim versions or the sony ericcsons K800

I've had this phone for about 2 months; it's a pretty decent model but it's not without its drawbacks. The phone doesn't recognize the SD card inside it most of the time (it gives a "not allowed" message if you try to access it), a problem Samsung don't seem too bothered with fixing.
Recently the screen inside the cover cracked leaving it unusable - I brought it back to my service provider and they said Samsung wouldn't cover physical damage in the warranty, and sent me to a phone repair place that charged €90 to replace the screen.

hy all.i have a problem.pls help me.i've formated the memory card of the phone from windoes(while he was put as a mass storage device) and now the pc and the phone doesn't read it anymore.if i try to access it from the phone,it says "initialising" but nothing happends.i can't read the memory card.if i pull the memory card out and then i insert him back,or turn off the phone and then open it,i can read it,but if i plug it to the pc as mass storage device,windows doesn't read it.if i unplug him,again the phone doesn't read it either.what can i do ?? thanks
