the worst mobile i used......in 2 months t touchscreen facility got damaged....only t voice clarity and sound effects r good enough

this is the worst mobile phone i hav ever used.nothing is good about itexcept the voice clarity & its sexy looks.the realproblemlies in its touch screen which is guaranteed to giv u alltypes of problems after somemonths. ....& the samsung guys donot belioeve in service at all...it is not in their culture....good luck & may God save u wen u purchasing any samsung product

A very good phone that supports two sim cards at the same time. It has a good overall performance, but sometimes the touch screen is a bit slow. The quality of the phone conversations are very good on both sims. Some of its functions (e.g. calendar, camera, radio) are inconvenient. Obviously, you have to decide if you sacrifice functionality over simultaneous availability. If you would like to send a lot of SMSs, surf the web a lot or use the phone as a music player, you have to choose another phone. According to my experience, the biggest issue with the phone is that the the touch screen can go wrong after several months (for me it worked only 8 months), which has to be replaced by the service or by yourself. If the screen does not respond to all touches or at all or react some cms away where it should, and nothing else helps (e.g. cleaning, calibrating, reboot) then the screen has to be replaced.

I have been using this phone for quite some time now. Ignoring the few small issues this has been a good phone doing its job of making and receiving calls with good clarity on both sim. Now i have am facing a problem. the touch screen does not seem to respond very well. When i press KEYPAD the side bar comes up and when I press the bottom menu's nothing happens because the touch works few cms below where it should really be. Tried calibrating but did't help.

Dont buy this phone for internet. Only for music and camera.

samsung d980 i have problem with it because touch screen not always working i replase it and cost me 40 dollar and also not working good so what can i do?
