I got this phone as a present from my doughter in june. The phone was bought at BCC Utrecht.
I am not very satisfied with the battery life and the service of Samsung and BCC Utrecht. Even when switched off, the phone runs dead within a week.
I went back to the shop twice and the shop keeps sending the phone back for repair. After repair the problem re-occurs.

Patrick from Holland here, fact that answertime is poor has nothing to do with the phone but with you wife's provider. Best thing she can do is contact customerservice and ask them to extent the answeringtime.

In general .... anybody can tell me how to upload at least a few tunes on this phone? Connect it with the computer but there is written that "unknown device". That's it! Neither any action I can not make him. Please help me !!!!!

My wife bought the GT-E1150. Seems a nice phone, but how can I extend the time before it switches to voice-mail? You seem to have to answer the phone within 10 seconds. Nothing about it in the manual.
She won't be able to get the phone out of her bag within 10 seconds ;-)

IMPORTANT - Can someone answer the below questions pls?
1. Does this phone have hearing problem? Some samsung phones have hearing problems.. whenever we make or receive calls, the caller will not be able to hear us clearly but we can hear.
2. How many messages and contacts can be stored?
3. How is the battery back up?

SAMSUNG's recent low-priced phone models are fairly satisfying, which is typified by the Samsung E1150 and Samsung E1175T (with a fantastic battery life). I am using these two types and feel satisfied with them. Thanks to SAMSUNG for these products.
