When getting call ringtone is working loud and good for sim1 but when I get a call from sim2 its silent. plz help.

I have bought this phone 2 weeks back. Its a very good phone.Good battery backup. Lasts a week for me.
Call clarity is good.
Only problem what i get is ringtone is silent when I get a call from Sim2. My default option is sim1. When getting call ringtone is working loud and good but when I get a call from sim2 its silent. Anybody aware of the solution??

This is the best basic phone.i bought last month it is awesome.if anyone want a basic phone then just buy it.

calling is the basic need from this phone.
but its earpiece is too bad..
now its sleeping at my drawer.
Total wastage of money.
now using my previous nokia e5,sony ericsson LWW.

I think more than 4gb the phone doesn't reads it that may be the case, so just insert the 4gb memory card and have funnnn !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gaurav, 10 Aug 2013I disagree to all you said except java apps.I disagree to what you have said except java apps as i could test it after buying it. It shuts down while booting....If we succeed in making it ON then it will shut down automatically after some time.

Bought this phone a week ago and facing automatic shutdown of this mobile since pst 3 days. Try to reboot and it will shutdown again while rebooting.
Bought from Mobile Kingdom Vashi, Navi Mumbai who doesnot who is least intersted in helping. Second bad experience from this shop.
Friends warned me earlier that samsung basic phones are bad, real pain, wastage of time & money. So true.

The drawback of ths phone is no music background n sendng any songs etc via blututh we mst wait until we recieve or send.. But for chatting must opt this phone only. very good battery backup, n also we can set auto off the music player! buy it mr.youngs
