please do not buy this phone.i have suffered.
do not just buy this phone for its sound quality.
generally we here on headphones so such a loud volume is not needed.you can not put images bigger than a few kbs as wallpapers and cant even open them.the phone is very fat considering its few features.music plyer cant be minimized.small play lists.so think before buying this phone.you can get better functionl phones from samsung and other few companies at this price tag

How to listen to music in backgro... moredude its quite tricky.
1.go to to settings,security,privacy,enter a password and clcik on "my files".
2.go to music player,play a song,open the current play list,click on add files,click on phone or memory card,when promted for password,dont give it instead press red button on password window.

Sir,
I am consumer of your famous product Samsung E1410 (GURU). I came to know from internet that the battery services of this handset is very wall; that last up to 11:30 hours (talk time) by a full charge but presently I am deprived by your advertisement and commitment for haps. Because the battery service is very under satisfaction, its last only 3:15 hours (talk time) and stand by 70 to 72 hours.
Now please advice me what can I do being a media person- (i) Will I go to consumer forum or (ii) display the original scenario of your set in front of the people by media (claiming that you product is cheating us profusely).

Arit, 14 Sep 2009How to play music in backgroundYou cannot do that in this phone. Except you got to get some Java player like KDE player / Glass player.
But the prob in this is the applications get installed on the phone memory. But it has a good support for Java.

i've bought this amazing phone last week...
the battery life of this phone is O.K.(better than motorola w230,w270) but the playlist is very insufficient,the equalizer reset to normal for every track is very annoying.....
otherwise it is good.. u can minimize the media player.
