I have thi phone and love all the functions that you get for the price. MY one complaint is the centre button, i am so used to this button sending me to the menu not WAP. Great phone all the same, make sure you get it in black

I bought this phone yesterday and spent a fair amount of time playing with it. Considering my last phone was a motorola V3X and the K750i before that, it was up against some tough rivals.
Features: The feature set is incredible, I like the SOS and uTrack functions. The camera may be VGA, but its quality is good (though a tad bit laggy). If you don't use the camera often, it has all the features anyone would need.
Size: It is a good size for me as its wide (not overly), relatively short and thin.
Menu: The user menus are really good. Much better than the V3X in-terms of ease of use. The only thing i didn't like about it was that every time you move over an option, it shows the sub-menus this blocking your views of the options below. And this is the only reason i rank it below the K750i, but other than that it is one fairly use friendly menu.
Screen: The 65k colour is fine (i doubt anyone would be able to tell the difference between it and a 2XXk colour screen), though the resolution is something that can be improved.
Build quality: The materials used (black) are really good and the plastics used don't seem cheap and hard. It may be a cheap phone, but it looks more sophisticated than many other phones in the market, and this is based simply on the material quality. There are no unsightly gaps and the sliding mechanism is crisp. The battery cover at the back can be pretty tough to remove, unless you put pressure on the right spot, then its a breeze.
The bad: The main menu text size is a lil too large for my liking, but i bet you my mom would love it. The screen resolution should be improved as in low light, it can look a little pixelated. Battery life is appalling. I managed to run it dry twice in 24hours. Taking into consideration this is a 2G phone, its nearly as bad as the 3G V3X (i managed to run the V3X dry 3 times in 24hrs when i first played with it)
Overall: Consider the AUD$179 price tag, this would be the most value for money phone currently on the market taking design, quality, usability, and features. The VGA camera will be a letdown if you want to take photo quality pictures and the battery life is appalling, but if you're like me and don't use the camera much plus charge the phone at least one a day (I'm used to the V3X), this would be the most value for money phone you can buy.
