The call and menu buttons work only when the slide is down. Anyone have any idea how to correct this?

brad, 11 Dec 2009hi i really would like to get this phone but i am not to su... moreif i was you i would stay away from the E250 mine lasted about 9months and from then on out all i got from the from the thing was problems. it was a nice phone to use but made to a very poor quality. if you dont mind repairing it all the time then go 4 it! l0l

I personally think that Samsung has really made a dud phone this time.
I have had it for just over a year and the bloody thing has broken 3 times 1 of those a week before the warranty expired!! so if your thinking about buying a samsung E250..... DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!

ahh this is my second samsung phone the flex cable keeps breaking, the e250 top buttons stop working after a few months it broke, then i bought the e350 now its broken, never buy a slide phone because the flex cable keeps wearing out especially samsung and lg slide phones. if u send lots of smses then prepare to be doomed
