My name is Somnath Dubey, I am using Samsung e250 front last 6 months, its very nice and also very slim and smatr pic, all my friends are asking about this Handset, but now a days there is a problem with the display,sometimes not working properly...may be there will be the screen belt is loose.....anyhow i Love this FONE very much....

I use my e250 as a spare phone which i keep in the car, such a nice phone yet mine would just turn off even though it was charged, now she wont even turn on,bat is charged and everything, has she seen her last days :(

okay heres How To Hack Your E250 Volume, So You Can Make It Louder.
volume increase button is given in the left side of the phone
Just put in: *#8999*8378# now u get a menu, choose H/W test
then choose Audio Setiings.. now u get lots of choises choose number 13 its called IIS Normal 2 when u chosen that u see ear gain hfr gain and rx vol. choose rx vol now go to level 14 and put there a number between 2000 and 3000 (if u go higher than 3000 the sound will be bad) now press save. quit the menu and play a song on the highest level.. if everything went allright the sound will be incresed a lot.
After You've Entered *#8999 The Rest Of The Numbers Will Be Showed As " ---- "

Unfortunately I've broken my E250 (it somehow got under my chair and when I sat down - crunch). I now have a more advanced phone. But I did/do like the E250 still. It's a great design and has excellent features for its price. You can improve the volume by simply using MP3 ringtones - no hacks required. The memory is pitifully small BUT getting a 2 GB card helps enormously. I originally bought it because being diabetic my vision is lousy and it is one of the easiest screens to see and keyboards to see and use - much easier to see and use than the walkman I was using at the time.
The mp3 quality is reasonable and it streams to my stereo bluetooth headphones great - but crashes my laptop at the end of every song when streaming to the laptop using buetooth. My new Sony E doesn't crash the laptop so I know that it's not a laptop driver issue. The e250 is actually a much better phone than I was expecting. It's a great first phone. And its pretty tough.

hey, i live in aus, got this phone on virgin mobile in 2007, it lasted ages, has all the best features, only VGA camera but its still good, its realy user friendly, looking to upgrade. only problems: speaker broke after 2 years :( apart from that, for the price, its a good phone.

volume of this phone is too slow can we raise the volume... anyone can tell me? i m using it 4 one year i think it is good and very handy phone, and with a very cheap price u get everything in it.

planning to ha... moreit has average mp3 speaker quality, low volume, does not support multitask, only 65k colour, cannot zoom pictures, cannot view video in horizontal. but these disadvantage is solved on sgh-e251
but, the specs that i like is the os of e250 is faster, faster start up camera (only 1 sec or less), and it can be hacked to raise its volume
but the problem that i face after using it for 1 half year is when you plays a lot with its slide, the camera will spoil, the keypad on the top side (the select button, call button, arrows, delete button and the red button) cannot function anymore. the worst I've faced is the screen will be white and not responding.
after repaired it works like normal. i'm still using it right now.
i recommended you to see sgh-e251 phone because its same as e250 and the price also almost same.
