i have this phone for about 2 months. it's a nice, simple and shiny touchscreen phone. sofar i am quite satisfied with this mobile because what i want from a simple phone i got it all, even more. one feature that i like from samsung phone is that it can block numbers who sent us badly SMS. this kind of feature i dont get from my last cell phone. therefore i like my sammy ;)... i suggest if you want a phone that can browse quickly and has multitasking, probably you need to check another types of sammy. if you wanna a simple one with 2 numbers, this duos could be one of the best choice :)

this phone has some problems in it..sometimes the network switches automatically to sim 1 and could not be changed manually by the side switch..after restart its ok and sometime we should change the sim.restarts automatically..lots of problems...don't buy this phone..camera clarity is somewhat k..video options is very bad,it comes in small size and clarity is very bad...

it's a bad phone when iplay music in the phone automaticaly swichid off. and when i use my mob to connect to gprs the network losses

i have lots of problems with my phone, sometimes it hang up, and the headset do not function sometimes, and the i cant connect to the wifi even if it is a free wi fi zone area..the speaker of the phone is not really good..internet connection is very low.

My problem is that when making a call, I cannot use some features like loudspeaker because a meesage saying "press the hold key for in-call option"..How can this be happening, please help me...Thank you!

Have this phone for at least 6months now. If you are going to compare it with the $500 and above phones, it will disappoint you badly. But if you just want a basic phone that does things like going on fb, smsing, calling, and all the basic stuffs, it's not a bad phone. I love it for it's small size and duo sim that allows me to switch between my mobile broadband and my usual sim card. It is also cheap for the price that I got :)

My brother bought this model recently. Let me tell you this , if you surf internet or download a lot with your mobile, don't buy it. Its browser is bad and the speed is very slow. Third party apps don't work well. If you want a phone with only basic functions and a shiny touch screen, this is your phone.

Sugetion
1. software is must be improved
2. internet page can not be saved so there must be option.
3. back option must be touch pad.
4. camera is not good.
