this mobile does not supports wifi and applications , games very slow ,touch is ok ,internet is too slow. Switch off suddenly so please buy any other company device

hi, I encountered it automatically shut off. Reset the unit by remove the battery after use for sometime the the problem still there. Anyone tell me what's wrong.

I bought this fone few months ago.. I was in a mall trying to connect to wifi then the fone suddenly shut down and won't open anymore.. I brought it to the service center.. technician says it's becoz of high current but did'nt explain it.. wondering what it's meant..
