Lovely and efficient phone, my first Samsung. Very impressed by its quality versus the crappy nokia 6111 i had before. But my problem was the bad video, and no memory card so loading songs is difficult (but possible with Bluetooth). So after 3 days i sold it and got an E770 in the white colour (special serie) for nearly the same price with everything i want : big screen, memory card, fantastic video in mp4, and so small ! Love it
My advice : buy a E770 instead.

It's a great phone. The only problems I have with it are its amount of memory and how there are no memory cards for it. My second problem is how you cannot to do other things on the phone e.g texting whilst listening to music. Other than that it is a classy and stylish phone.

hello, can someone please tell me if the voice recorder on the e370 is loud? because on my previous samsung phone the s342i it had voice memo on it but it was very quiet and i want a phone that has loud sound for the voice recorder,mp3 player and the video recorder??? because i dont have this phone yet and dont know if i should by it if it has bad sound. can someone with this phone please tell me?? thanx, jamieson :)

i love my phone it's so cute and neat the best thing about this phone is the cam. and how loud the phone can get and how it can sild if any one dont have it you should buy it it's the best phone yet

I love the E370! The only problem I have is that my phone came with the USB cable and relevant software. I have tried to install the software four times, but the program won't run properly. I plug the USB cable in, but nothing happens. My computer doesn't seem to read the USB cable. What am I doing wrong? At this stage I use my bluetooth dongle to download ringtones and photos.

Lovely small, compact phone. Good looks and easy to use. The only problem I have is that I cannot change my message alert tone, I can only use the preset tones available on the phone. I used to have an older Samsung phone and couldn't even change the alarm ringtone on that specific phone, but with the E370 I can. Can't Samsung design a phone so that we can download ringtones and save them as message alert tones?

Everything is good in this phone, including the camera which makes great photos.
The only bad thing : video is terrible, very shaky, and the sound of the video is too soft

I just got the E370 a few hours ago, Its the cutest phone ever!! It's really easy to use, i just cant put it down! :D (not had any problems so far... and hope i wont get any!)

The alarm for invalid username andpassword might be for the automatic email retrieval.
If you turn the automatic retrieval off, you shouldn't get this message any more :)

I really like this phone, the only problem is that the memory is not very big unless I am using it wrong.

No you can't get blujacked if your bluetooth is turned off - which is why I permanently leave mine turned off and prefer to use the headphones with mic connected by a cable when using "handsfree" in the car.
It is a lovely little phone

Koko - I love this little phone. I had the E350 and I loved it so much .Shame you got bluejacked tho. Can you get bluejacked if your phone's bluetooth is turned off ?
I am thinking of getting this phone too - I jsut love it.

Thanks - but I got bluejacked on an old phone so I don't use bluetooth at all and I don't even know if my pc has the capability :-s Anyhow I went to samsungmobile.com and downloaded all the relevant software and have now been able to upload and download the music and photo's that I wanted to.
Thanks for taking the time to read and reply though.
And I still think it's a fab little phone even if the downloading isn't as easy as the motorola's :-)

Koko - the E370 has the latest Bluetooth technology in it - v 2.0 - it is easier and faster and simpler than the USB cable. Samsung makes it easy to bluetooth - it is very user friendly .

I've just got my new Samsung E370 and on the whole I'm really pleased with it, but it didn't come with a USB data cable so I bought one on ebay. That arrived thismorning and I plugged it in, expected to see a new G Drive on "my computer" and yet nothing showed up - is this because there's no memory card in the phone? If I can't download the pics I take, what's the point in taking them??!! Also I can't imagine the cover for where the charger goes is going to stay attached for very long - it's a bit flimsy. Other than that it does pretty much every thing I want a phone to do, is compact and lightweight, and looks good (graphics too).
Just wish I could transfer data between the phone and my pc !
