Just got this phone, its a nice phone but shame theres no memory card. The MP3 player is much better than i expected for such a small phone, and it is very easy to use.
Does anyone know how to get your pictures set as a wallpaper full size, without a gap at the top and bottom of the screen?

hi vic, thanks for your help. problem solved!
anyways, just wanted to add another comment for everyone else:
my friend has a motorola v3i and since with my e370 i didnt recieve any USB cords or the like, i went over to his place to put songs onto his phone and bluetooth them over to mine.
His motorola program (on his computer) auto 'minimises' the quality of the MP3 (but it still sounds good, promise!), thus i have been able to fit 17 FULL length MP3 songs onto my phone, and there is more than 50% memory left! So i could probably go back to fit more than 35+ full-length mp3s on there!
Good news to all who are worried about the 40MB memory! yay

Magi - here's how I access the speakerphone:
Incoming Call: Answer then press the OK button beneath the loudspeaker icon on the screen. It will ask if you want to activate handsfree - say yes ;)
Outgoing Call: Once you've dialled the number and it's ringing, press the OK button as described above and follow the same procedure.
Hope this helps :)

Now look. I'm on my 6th phone this year, cause I can never find one I approve of enough!
The E370 has basically ticked all the boxes.
I was put off by the lack of external memory , until I made myself accept that I don't need any more than 40mb!!
If you want to keep more on there, just keep transferring it to your PC via either Bluetooth or USB cable. Once transferred to your PC, delete from your phone, and start filling it up again!
I have an MP3 player, so don't need this to act as an MP3. If you want a phone that can store tons of MP3s, then you're better off looking at a Sony Ericsson!
This phone is great. Brilliant voice clarity on calls, nice sharp display, good sliding action, MP3 player, nice light handset, alarms, voice recorder, calendar, downloadable games - I really can't ask for any more! The battery life is very good too - I get about 3 days from it, and that's with making/receiving calls, playing games, and generally just fiddling with it cause it's so cute I can't put it down!
I'll definitely be keeping this handset, and I can recommend it highly to anyone considering it.

this phone is cute and has pretty good features. What surprised me the most was the speaker volume and quality - its great!
A few comments to other people:
1. [to Andrej] in regards to saving msgs after sending, IT DOES NOT AUTO-SAVE. When you send, YOU must manually select the option "SAVE THEN SEND" (its like 1 or 2 options down from SEND); only then will you get the msgs saved into your "Sent Folder"
2. Voice quality - i have read that alot of ppl have said that "ppl I call complain they can't hear me". Well i think its a matter of pointing the microphone closer to your mouth(!) since the handset is so tiny! I have had no complaints myself....
3. usb cables... etc problems: Well im in australia and the retail package for this phone is not even bundled with any software or USB cables. So I am purchasing a Bluetooth USB Dongle (Computer Adaptor). This may be something you guys may like to think of using as well =)
now i have a question to ask
how do you activate Speakerphone on this phone? Because i cannot locate this feature anywhere, unless the Australian model doesnt have it..... any suggestions?
thx!

the d500 is the better phone to go for.even though the e-370 is smaller ther d500 has nearly 100 mb internal memory insted of the miserable 40 mb e370's/apart from that the rest of the features are the same

I bought this phone last week, and I am very disapointed. Battery life is very bad, it lasts 1 and half day with medium use. Worst thing of this phone is that people which you are calling have big trouble hearing you (most of the people complaining that your voice is very low and not clear). Other things like camera, MP3...are good. Don't buy this phone , go for nokia 6230i or 6233.
