I don't know but I can't see my 2Gb memory card trough my phone???
Where is the my mistake?
For exsample when I take photo I store it to memory card, but after that I can't see it without PC even than I must turn on USB mass storage option?
Where is the error, please help!

(btw for me camera in Superfine mode and 2048x1536, without shakeing is not so bad)

I won't compare it to Sony Ericsson K800 or even K750, but I was surprised to see the result, which I think was acceptable.
The auto focus made a difference.

Camera is not so good like I expected... The pictures are low quality. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE FOR 3,15MP CAMERA! Good battery and is better than Nokia 6300...

I just bought it yest,.. and very Disappointed. It's says have 3,15 Mpix camera but its blur, not bright enough and the same as quality as cif "the earlier" camera phone,.. very very bad. jus don;t know what to say,.. and again the bluetooth,.. wueifffgh I can't use it for wireless modem, its only for transfer file. its really my mistakes having this phone !

the only prob. is the lcd! very weak life! i just bought it a month ago, and i noticed that the screen starts to turn dark and blur! thanks to its 1 year warranty and samsung's service center guaranteed me that they will replace o fix it! but for how long? they said that it will depend on the availability of the part!ow geeh!it is still available in the market but they don't have enough stock of its parts! ooooh! what a life without cellphone!

Hi All,
Is there a setting to make SMS save to the phone memory by default? All my messages save to SIM for some reason and it runs out at 25 :(

hello again you can silent the shutter sound via the mode button on the side, but, can anyone tell me how to turn off the low battery sound - except for recharging :)
and how can i make it ring loud instead of vibrate when it's connected to the pc as mass storage/memory card?

I bought one of these recently, and find a couple of problems.
Can anyone tell me how or where to turn off (make silent) the noisy camera shutter. I cannot find it in 'settings'.
Secondly, where is there a safe source of 'drivers', to enable me to transfer photos via USB cable?

i don't know, but the design is very funny and simply. ehmm... i think with the poor price this phone is good. he he he. not to ugly for this phone. i give score 7 to samsung mobile. please don't compare with SE k550i because not same class level phone.

Ordered my new E590 (Black) online from www.1shopmobile.com and received it two business days later on 5/9. Just what I was looking for, small yet packed with features like Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, handsfree, 3mp camera and decent talk/standby time. No problem encounted with my 2gb microSD card and Bluetooth easily paired to my SE HCB-105 Car Speakerphone.

I have 2 GB ("Premium") memory card in my phone and have had no problem (in this department) so far.
One can also save in those 2GB loads of music and then move songs to the 4 x 30 playlists. And if those 120 pieces of music are not enough, 2GB wont be either. You can change those playlists, all right? don't like one song ..30 songs - change them with some other material from your memory card! OK?!

I'm still not done with my "headphone problem". The original do not fit me and I have not discovered the way to buy a substitute. I wish I could get those -

Hello again, thank you all for advices. I got the phone yesterday (the e590, of course - it's about 120 USD in my cowntry) and i's amazing - it's so small and packed with functions! I do dislike these tho things: the fact that plugged in headphones get in the way of volume keys and the fact that musicplayer accepts only 4 playlists x 30 songs each or something like that - is there a workaround that? And does it support 2gb microSD? The seller said that he only recommends 1gb for e590.

Thanx a million for your advice! It works + now I've improved my opinion about the phone! I already thought it to be hopless but here you go!
People who write telephone manuals were not obliged to mention this option, of course. Why should they?
Hope you will solve the issue with the picture quality. Black and whites are really great. Especially close-ups and pictures with contrasting dark and bright areas. Look good both ways - printed and on the computer screen.

on my phone, those pictures size are same. but on display (both on PC) it seem like black area (usually at black line cross or very close black line) on the file from ext. memory having larger area. well i'll contact samsung service center for this.
to move MMS picture to PC, 1st open the MMS massage. then stop it(or waiting untill stop).
after that open option menu, then choose no."6 attached file".
it will display all attach file (picture, sound o video file).
choose the file, then on option menu choose "save in my file" then choose "save in--> memory card". then transfer the file from memory card to PC.
actually on"PC studio" have MMS management fitur, but it not work for E590.

I did as you said -
First, downloaded an image directly from the phone memory to the computer;
then, the same image first moved from the phone memory to the memory card (2GB microSD premium; paid for it equivalent of 8.00 pounds) and then to the computer
both pictures in the computer are identical in size! I moved them to the computer via bluetooth, btw.
Hope this helps.
May be you know whether it is possible to move received MMS pictures from e590 via bluetooth (or some other way) to the computer ( or first to the picture folder and then to the copm.) Do you? Somehow I have not discovered how to do it.
