I just bought the E-720 and was wondering how I connect it to my pc so I can transfer my music to the mps player... sorry if this is a silly Q but I'm no good at technical stuff lol

If the sound was faulty it would not even be able to go on sale. The sound is fine... its not the clearest, but its a mobile phone, would never be as clear as landline phones anyway.

Yeah, the camera is awesome...The best imaging-phone i have ever had...better than nokia 6680

I know this might sound silly.. bt is the camera on this phone better than on a Nokia 3220?? i think it is bt just want to get a definite answer...

Its a good buy, people are just nit-picking. There are people who nit-pick every phone. You can't go wrong with this phone. The only thing that may concern you, is that the camera is 1 megapixel, although thats not bad (ive taken some good pictures) there are lots of phones with better quality cameras. But saying that, the rest of the phone is top notch, and competes with the best of the best.

WASTE OF TIME - DON'T BUY AN E720. I recently bought the E720 on an insurance claim. After I bought it I read all these negative comments but thought I might be lucky. I'm sorry to say, but it is the crapest phone I have ever had. I could not receive messages or make any phones calls. I had to repeatably turn the phone off and on to make it work. I checked with my service provider and they said it was a faulty phone. Took it back after 2 days, and Samsung have provided me with the upgraded version E770, which so far seems to be working without a hitch.

Does anyone know how to keep the analoque clock displayed on the external screen coz it dissapears after a few seconds :-/ Email with details cheers :)

Has any1 had problems with this phone resetting itself? its as if the phone has been switched off and on again i've had it about 6 months but don't wanna get it replaced as i've got loads of info on the memory - any help would b gr8

to E720 user can i just ask... is this phone can record video files or can it playback in .3gp format?

The samsung e720 is a phenomenal phone. It offers everything a phone can and has great video resolution. The mp3s play perfectly and the bluetooth works like lightning i had a few problems installing its software on my pc but that had nothing to do with the phone, this phone deserves a 10/10

I like my e720, the only problems are that you cant set your message tone to sound and vibrate like my old e700, you have to either set a tone OR vibrate. Also my reception drops all the time, although the bar is full, not allowing me to make/recieve calls or messages. To fix this problem the phone needs to be turned off then back on again so the phone can get the strongest signal from the towers, again a problem my e700 didnt have. Samsung have made a good phone, but by focusing on new features they have left out some essentials. if anyone knows how to fix the signal problem, as IT IS NOT MY NETWORK CARRIER, please email me at bobmcjob@yahoo.com

hi i have had no problems with this phone i use all my mp3 i have downloaded as ring tones sometimes the cable connection does not get connect says offline easy sorted check which comport u are using to connect check in device manager blue tooth dongles are better for connections so easy to upload and download everything
