I have had this phone a few months. I am quite clumsy and have damagedt he case alot and scratched the out side screan. I think this is a big problem with the phone. It also has a very poor sound quality with playing things with sound and talking into it. AND CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF OR HOW I CAN CHANGE THE COVER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE EMAIL AND TELL ME!!!! thanks

Well i bought my E720 on 30 Dec 05 in Kampala (Uganda)Its a good phone. I first admired it from the net then on the above date i decided to go and buy it.On a positive note I dont hv a problem with the sound as like many pipo have xpressd their dissatisfaction. However my problem lies with the battery life! Only 2 days? Also when am charging it, it doesnt show me the RED light that according to the manual indicates perfect charging instead it always shows me the ORANGE light. Plz some one out there help xplain to me why the RED light has refused to appear! And also the battery level doesnt blink during the so called charging process. am totally confussed this time round some 1 help me out with answers.

Just bought the phone a few days ago and have no complaints so far. No rpoblems with the sound quality like some here suggested, I can hear the person I'm talking to perfectly and they understand me as well.

I have bought e720 couple of days ago. My battery and keypad get little warm only after 5 minutes of operation. What to do? Can anyone suggest anything?

Hi, just got my samsung e720, also have the data cable , but no user manual , does anyone have any idea how to connect the phone via the cable , have tried everything, the computer does'nt seem to recognise that there is new hardware, please help!!

i had samsung e720 of orange brand .i had problem when i set any pic as wallpaper its not cover the whole screen pls tell me how can i set my pic on hole screen pls reply soon.

i just got this phone yesterday and its definately the best phone ive ever had! i dont get why people have been saying that the sound quality is bad, i think its really good! im even more happy with it because of the amazing picture & video quality! that was the main feature i was looking for and the videos look like real life! the only downside is that i have no idea how to put mp3s onto the phone from the computer. the only way i can find how to do it is buying a USB cable, but im determined theres a way to do it for free! but bluetooth isnt showing any devices so im lost! if anybody can help me with this pleeease reply and say how to do it cos im so pleased with this phone but this is really annoying me! xXx

Hi.. ive had this phone couple days and its wicked the only problem im having is i dont have a clue how to put mp3's on here via bluetooth.. ive read the manual but it just doesnt seem to be doing what its meant to.. can anyone help?

I've had this phone for about seven months. Personally, I think the features of this phone are fantastic. I haven't had a problem with the sound quality on my end, but there is a problem with how -I- sound to other people. In a nutshell they say I sound like I have my hand over the mic (which I don't...) Extremely muffled. I don't know if this is just a fluke or if other people are experiencing this as well. I was highly disappointed because I love the phone but I paid a lot for it and it makes me sound horrible. After all, isn't talking the main purpose of a mobile in the first place?

This phone is pretty boring. the sound quality is poor and the phone is crap. my mate thinks hes ace with it but he isnt.

I have this phone for a while now. Everything's nice but... no handsfree feature, no SD Flash memory slot, no FM radio. It's not that loud.

i think i love this phone,i haven't got it yet but i'm looking for it now and i hope i easely find it here in egypt..this sound quality issue i heared about after i was fully convinced with the phone,is it a real problem..so am i suppose 2 keep looking or what?!!

Hey there.
i recently posted a comment on how dodgy the sound quality was on the e720.
I took it to altech industries (perth, aus)
and they repaired it!
something about a loud rx/tx...?
but now it is as good as my old nokia!!
