Well ive had the E720 for around a couple of weeks and i LOVE IT! Its so stylish and has great features , Bluetoothing Pictures takes Seconds! , Videos take a little longer. The only problem i have found is i take several black pictures in my pocket because of the button on the side!

Reading Previous review people have noted that the Sound quality whilst talking to someone is poop on the other end. Well Just for the record mine is absoulotley fine!

    i'v had the E720 for just over 12 months and recently have started having problems with it. none of the buttons are working when i switch the phone on. this is really frustrating as i cannot use the phone anymore, i can't even receive anything because i can't enter my phone lock password. any ideas on what i can do to solve this problem or how i can get it repaired? thanks

        i just wish it can hold more songs the 11 to 12
        the most samsung phone that i seen that heald the most songs waz x800

          Hey I need help! My friend took the phone off of me and she went and turned it onto silent, I tried to get the sound back but the way she did it it wont give me the sound back. I've tried EVERYTHING. Someone please help me, it will be very much appreciated.

            hey, can the e720 play mpeg files, or ay other type of video files that you upload from your computer to the phone?
            or is it the e730 that can do that?

              The E720 for me is fantastic. It has loads of memory and it is really easy to use. My mum has the E530, and they're both pretty much the same. But, I'd go for the E720 because the shape of the E530 is difficult to use. I have an E720 and the only thing that annoys me is that I can't remember how to multitask it! IF you know how, please e-mail me and tell me, because it's quite annoying sometimes! Thanks!

                This phone is amazing! I haven't got it myself but my mum has it and now she has a new contract phone she is giving it to me. It is about 8.5 cm long (when closed) and weighs 90 grams. The features on this phone include- four games, calculator, alarmclock, camera with 2 BRIGHT lights on the front of the phone, mp3 player with two decent dance tunes along with the other ringtones on the phone, the internet where you can download FREE ringtones (decent songs), mms and sms,find out the time in different parts of the uk and the rest of the world and LOTS more. The great thing about this phone is the picture quality and the camera is AMAZING! The only thing i could put down about the phone is that it has a small ok button in the middle of the arrow buttons but if you have small fingers (like me!) it shouldn't be a problem. on the display when you flip the phone down you can have either a picture you choose or a picture of a clock and there are LOTS of designs you can choose again with amazing picture quality. The advantage is that you do not actually have to open the phone to play a song on the mp3 as it has 3 buttons in the front - play, skip back and skip forwards. This phone is really and amazing phone and i'd reccomend it to anyone!

                  hi.. im a new user 4 this phone.. i have some questions.. can any help me plzz ??
                  1st i dun hav hav a cable.. n if i wan send ma mp3 through comp to ma phone.. is there any software 4 me 2 install in comp ??
                  2nd izit i can set ma video clip as ma wallpaper??
                  3rd i nit a earphone.. izit it is suit with any type of earphone ?? or it will jz stick with its own ori wan ??

                    I have a problem with my e720 when call register is full. At the moment vhen you press the answer key it will restart. Then you must enter call register thru the menu and delete all received/sent/missed calls. I am very mad when I have to do that. When you have a lot of messages, sometimes it will restart when you try to send one. Microphone is awfull. This could be very good phone but there are some things that makes me angry with it.

                      i have had the fone just over 6 months and i have fond the screen smashed with extremely little impact, the shop are not interested therefore i av stuck with a £190 fone with a smashed screen, don't know which fone to get next.. any recomendations...

                        it is a very good fone but the onli thinjg about it is the mp3 player it isn't that loud every thing else about it is gr8.the memory iz mint da camera iz ok.GO SAMSUNG!!!!

                          good little phone ,but 1 negative point is the incoming call (the sound is pore ,not loud enough )even we you put it at his max. and one more thing the text is to small .
                          all the other things are nice .
                          the + is the mp3,small phone,en the color screen inside.the battery i don't now it yet becaus e have the phone only 3 days!,i hope the battery has a long stand by !

                              I bought this phone in July 2005 and I must say I'm very pleased with it. The design is OK, the colours are superb, the photo and video camera is good and it's really easy to use this phone thanks to its very explicit menu. The only thing I don't like very much about it is that the MP3 is not so loud, but that is not the end of the world, is it? Any way, CONGRATULATIONS Samsung for an almost perfect phone (that because perfection does not exist, does it?.

                                It's the best phone i have ever had,ihave it since it came in the market,i think about the new one,but i dont see any phone as good as it is.It has one disatvantage that mp3 is not very loud,but thats not very big problet.so go samsung!

                                  i had the e720 for 2 months before it was stolen, and at first the switch from nokia to samsung cause me to be critical of the phone and its features, but eventually i got to love it, not long before it was stolen. the only downsides i could think of was that the phone didnt vibrate on incoming calls/messages unless it was on silent, the wallpaper only taking up a small area of the main screen, short battery life, small amount of room for mp3s, and the uselessness of the outside screen.it didnt display recived messages or missed calls, you had to open it every so often to check. im soon to be receiving a samsung e770 which seems to quite the same only with some nice improvements, such as a 1.3mp camera, memory card slot and wallpaper that covers the entire display.

                                    It is the worst phone I have ever owned, it is slow, it doesn't have everything the manual says it should have, but worst of all is the mic, people cant hear me very well and I cant hear them at all most of the time, I have to keep ringing over and over before it decides it wants to work properly. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

                                      I don't have the phone yet but im getting one, when my mates contract runs out and they upgrade they're giving me the old e720 ive used it a couple of times and it seems canny, i had a samsung e330 for a hile and the user interface is similar so im happy. it will be a big step from my nokia 3510(not the colour screen one) which i have been using.

                                      i think nokia dominated the market for mobile phones when they were simply mobile phones but now i feel Samsung have sped ahead and are winning the race, i remember when everyone was bragging about there new nokia 3310, which everyone had except me and my ericsson A1018's coca cola promotional phone with the coca cola ringtone and interchagable fascias.

                                        i dont know why every1 hates ths phne! i think its gr8! the camera n the video recordin iz execelent although i can't seem 2 gt internet on mi phne.
