First let me say what a great site for the serious folk looking for genuine review,only that i find there are too many Chaves on here who are only interested in phones that have all the bells and whistles.If u really need a device for taking pics of your own genitals and sending to frends then good look to you Chavs,instead of moaning on this site about not enough megapixels or poor image quality then go out and get a camera,all most of us want is a phone to make calls and thats all not all these silly ringtones.Well all i can say is its time some of you started to wear your Burburry hats the correct way instead of back to front and got yourselfs a life.

To Scott:
In the package of the E720 there is a stereo headset. Listing to MP3 over Bluetooth is not possible.
To Alan:
There is no speakerphone (at least not that I know of)
And when you are called, you should hear the same ringtone on your BT headset, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

Nice phone. I like the dual screen flip phones because they're great for self portraits - better than using a tiny mirror. I have one question though...can you plug in an ordinary pair of headphones into the phone to listen to MP3 files (or use an socket adaptor), or must you buy a set of bluetooth headphones?

Can the MP3 player also play .WMA files? And how many songs can you put in it? I read somewhere that you can only fit in 20 songs, but if you can play stuff like .wma files instead of .mp3, you can also put in 40 songs...
who can help me with this?
And I'll be getting this phone in 1,5 week!! (because I wanted to keep my number) I can't wait!

Oh, did i mention that the phone can't ring and vibrate at the same time with an mp3 ringtone? WHY?! Only options are: 1) ring (melody only)
2)vibrate, or
3)vibrate and then ring (these are separate)
My nokia 6230 could vibrate with mp3 ringtones, why can't the e720?

I just got the phone recently. Basically, to ans a few of the quesitons below:
If you want to recieve MMS, you'll need to recieve the O2 settings. You can ask for this on their website, give them a call, or there might be an option on your SIM/applications option.
The phone itslef is quite good, nice design. But just having used a nokia 6230, the mp3 play back isn't all that good. You can't exit the mp3 player while it is still playing songs, for example to type a sms (unlike the nokia 6230).Though having controls on the outside are a nice touch.
The quality of pictures is only average for the 1mp camera, i think the photo software isn't able to automatically adjust to certain conditions well enough.
Other than that, it's a really nice phone...but i'll be waiting for a K750i/W800

Hi I have this phone is it nice but having a few problems i brought this phone sim free but I can only recieve mms or not send it. is any1 else having this problem?im on 02 and u have different settings 4 send and recieve messages, can any1 help? Also when I downloads mp3 tones from website 2 my phone when they play they only last 2-3 seconds and dont play the whole song is there anyway I can change this?b4 this phone I have nokia 6230 and i found that easier to use so I might go back to that.

i like the design of e720 and features , hope the lcd doesn't goes white like the e700 fone , i'm still waiting for couple more months b4 buying , or fall back to nokia again and get the 6230i

Clare or Jim,
When the phone rings, does the handsfree speaker sound as well.. like in Nokia phones? And if I am using the bluetooth handsfree, will it also sound?

guys i need to know something before i'll buy this phone?
1. does it have the speaker phone (just like with motorola v635)?
2. how long can you record for the video?
i tried using the motorola v635 and the speaker phone is very good but the video can only record about 15 to 20 seconds.
