Hey all,
I've had this phone for ages now its a great phone...
PROS:Really fast camera
Good video quality
Nice screen
Good MP3 player
Easy great keypad
Alsom LED lights
Very simple easy to use
CONS:PC software is Šhî† Šhî† Šhî†(WORST SOFTWARE EVER)
Cant customise TXT ringtones (only have 10 short tones to choose form)
Have to convert music to MP3 or ACC
Othwise GREAT phone......Buy it

hi this is a question for jason or anybody that can help. i have installed all the software (as far as i know) but when i click on file manager to put music onto my files, nothing opens! what am i doing wrong? can anybody help please? email me asap thanks natalie.

great phone but again sound quality very poor and ring tone volume is poor missed loads of calls

this is a decent reasonable priced phone it is xactly like the d500 apart from the camera and shape is different. the resona i brought this phone was becos evry tom dik nd harry hav got the d500 therefore i went for the e720 the bad side is that the speaker is not that loud s a d500 apart from thats its a slik phone (can n e 1 tell me how to change my numbers to multi-colour when shown on screen)

i have this mobile phone 4 about two weeks and i think that every thing about it is great but i would rather prefer the D-500

hia i fink dis fone is great i've had no probs wiv it onli the usb cable and computer but thts cos i dnt no how 2 use it i dnt get how u ppls r sayin dat da sound is crap mine is perfect a dunno bout urs den well anywayz if u can help me wiv ma cable e-mail me x

This phone is so good. I had the phone for nearly a year now and had no problems with it. Eventhough I have an upgrade soon i'm deciding not to recieve it because this phone is really good.

please help i cannot download a song from media play to my phone have calbe connected to cmoputer but get message saying to set up active sync???????????????????????

Phone has great features and a good camera and memory except lacks the most important feature for a mobile phone..CALL QUALITY! There is no speakerphone, so the maximum volume is pathetic unless there is complete silence around you. I dont suppose anyone knows how to improve this?

Ive had this fone since xmas n i do lyk it.Its a gd fone wit gd memory n gd features n lukes nice bt theres 2 things i dnt lyk bout it-wen u txt more than lyk 50 words it sends 2 different txts n it costs more muney which is rubbish n da oder 1 is da sound quality lyk evry1 says.its rubbish

Overall i think the E720 is a brilliant fone....tonnes of memory...brilliant sound quality and picture perfect everytime....this is not a bad phone and i would recommend one to anybody...to get the clock display on the front ...take a random pictur...set it as front wallpaper....and then delete the picture!!!...the only dislike about the fone is the navigation menu on the home screen...its is to wide..apart fromm that..exellent fone

this phone is great
i used it for about 1 year
the design is nice the pictures are good
and the mp3 is working fantastically.
some say that the sound quality is bad but for me everything was perfect.
and i love the analogue watch in the front screen it's so cute...
so any1 planning 2 buy this phone don't waste your time looking around 4 another phone just get this phone
and u'll see that u have made the best choice..

Had this phone for about a year, upgrading to a nokia 6280 this week. I read all the reviews about the sound before i bought it and sorry to say that it is true, i don't really know how i've put up with it for a whole year! Some conversations are near impossible while others arent so bad. Nice phone to use however. Only other downside is that you can't have vibrate and audiable alert together for sms

yep it is true that the sound is kinda bad.. i have to say its even worse than the radio so dont bother using this as a mp3 player, if ur really using this phone as a mp3 player, u should go for walkman phone like w600 or w900. The other features for the phone is pretty well done especially the camera/video and the daym nice original design. The buttons are easy to press and there are a lot of features - sound, etc. The onli downside i have to say is the screen and the wallpaper ratio.., the screen/border basically takes up half of the screen so basically, ur wallpaper is small as hell and it is difficult to create you own one and transfer it to ur phone with usb as a wallpaper. feel free to ask me more questions for Samsung E720 or Sony Ericsson W600i - black_flam3s@hotmail.com

Had this phone on trial as Samsung is generally very good. The sound is unfortunately very poor most of the time. It makes no difference the provider of the reciptients phone and whether on pay as you go or contract. Very unfortunate :( The other downside is the (now thank you Samsung) the ability to add to the T9 dictionary. Sadly this is limited to about 20 only, so its a little pointless being asked to "Add" a new word when it wont store it. The clock also never remains on the front screen.
Sorry Samsung but its off to try a different phone.
If you don't talk much on your mobile, OR text different words, its a great phone. Pity its so unusable :(:(:(

i want to get this phone but just wondering..is the sound quality realli THAT bad? coz by reading some of the comments here, im a bit reluctant to buy this phone now =.=! can someone plz tell me if this phone is realli THAT bad. abt the txt msgin n reciving calls...is the volume realli that low dat u just cant hear it? o.O ...i realli like the design of this phone n realli wanted it but if the sound quality is that bad ..then might as well juz not buy it. waste of money.

My e720 gone mad every time i take a picture i realise the resolutions on 160x120 and every time i try to change it is says not allowed this also is stopping me using frames. anyone know whats wrong

it's a very good phone.at video is the best.i haven't seen a phone better than samsung e 720
