hi!the phone is very greatful of course!but hey do me a favour please,how can i transfer java games from computer to my phone through wireless and i lost my samsung PC studio and my computer does not have bluetooth programme?please show me the way after all i tried GPRS but also i failed.

hy, i'am alex, i have a samsung e730, i have no problem with this phone, it's a great phone, but it does not accept mpeg4 video movies, although the program, the manager of the data cable says that the phone can accept mpeg4 video formats. i also had a movie on the phone, in the mpeg4 format, when i first bought it, i've downloaded it in to my computer, and when i tried to put it back it says unaccepted format. practicaly my phone acepts only 3gp video format. why? how can i put mpeg 4 video formats in to my phone? can anybody help me with this problem? is there a special program that i don't know about, i tried with xilisoft, but failed. please, if you can help me write to me on my e_mail adress: alexbluealexblue@yahoo.com thank you

Great phone. Easy to use and layout is great. Query regarding messages. I seem to have messages sitting on my phone once I've deleted them, but don't know how to access these messages that have been moved from Sim to Phone memory. I'd had a look in the manual and it doesn't tell me antyhing. Any info would be great.

one con of the fone is that you cant save a contact onto both phone and sim without making two copies. and you cant put a photo or add much detail to a contact saved on sim card. if anyone knows how to do it pls help! thx.

Hi Phix, I also had the same problems the other time but managed to solve it. U have to connect to the internet when u want to upload files. And look under the setup to ensure that u are connected to the correct port. U can try this method and I hopes it works

Had this phone for abt 2 weeks and everything is great. But it's a pity that the phone doesn't accept wma and gif files. It also doesn't allow mp3 to be used as message alert.

This is my third Samsung mobile phone, and I'm very satisfied with it. The design is perfect. Although it hasn't got a card slot, 96 mbytes is enough for about 25 mp3s. This is the best phone I've ever had!

Hi, just got a new E730 for my birthday today and what a great phone.
I have a problem though, when i connect the phone to the USB port nothing happens, the phone doesnt load up & i cant import files. Has anybody else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Hi MIEK, battery for this phone indeed is quite short, but it don't require to charge that often unless u make use of all the functions throughout the day(like MP3, camera + calls). Don't forget the battery will only perform best after 2-4 fully discharged & recharged. If u are a high user, u may consider to carry a spare battery.

Hi Petra, wonder what u mean by couldn't change the SMS tone? It can be change but cannot use other tone rather than the pre-loaded tones. Just go to tone settings & look for alert tone option...anyway, only limited selections. As a user who don't want headache & up to date usage, this phone should be the one...

does the battery last long?? i have got one and i seem to have to charge everyday? i have replace the battery and still, i have to charge. does anyone have any suggestions??

Hello, I have Samsung E730 and I'm very satisfied with it. But it has one big disadvantage - I can't adjust the SMS tones, even with older and simplier phones I could and now I can't, that's the only disappointing thing about this cell. I would be very happy if somebody could tell me how can I change the sms tone, if it's possibile. Thank you very much.

Hi amie, E730 can only use MP3 as ringtone but NOT message alert, that's fact, just bear with it..

i wanted to make sure if u can personalize e730's message alert tone? not just limited with the preset tones. i need an answer. tnk you.
