cool phone, great looking,
anyone can tell me how to down load with my usb cable? i have a ring tone cd, will like to put one phone.

Had Motorola v620 but it kept dropping out the bluetooth module, ...E730 more stable but has no hands free, auto answer facility with my platronics headset. Not what I expected. Find the software very poor compared to motorola. Connection often not recognised and have to reboot with the phone connected.

hi.when im on a call with my headphones and need to access say the MMS settings page on the phone, i cant do so as it doesnt display any option to view main settings..how to do that? its driving me crazy. help anyone?

i thought the E720 was onli a 1X mp camera?? anyway, at this site http://www.mobile-review.com/review/samsung-e720-en.shtml
if u scroll down, there are samples of the video recording modes. i dont kno if the modes are for the E720 or E730. can anyone view any of the samples(highest quality samples) if possible and then tell me if they are what u get on the E730. i really want to find out about the quality of the recording, coz ther is no way for me to test it out myself :(

soz dunno how to answer all these questions but,
um..firstly no you cannot play videos on the front screen, and i'v heard that the e720 has slightly better video recording capiabilities but they ae very, very close as the are both 1.3 megapixels!!

im about to buy this fone . i hav 1 query, is the video recording on the fone the same quality as the SAMSUNG E720? coz that was realli good, or is it like the D500 recording, which isnt very good to me?
plz need this one answer !

hi there, i just got this phone, it is great so far, but one thing i am having trouble with is the mp3's, i have installed all the programs but i cant seem to find where to put the mp3's, i can't open the usb folder!! please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no u can't use any headphones to listen to radio or mp3 as there is a different plug that fits into the phone. it comes with its own headphones and it won't work if u use any other one.

no i don't think thats normal cos my battery lasts me for about 2 days or 2 days and a half and thats with normal usage.

Best phone I have ever had, Samsung are kings. Next in this type of phone should have a better camera, a card slot, gotta be a flip phone with music controls on the front and dual speakers. (its a shame the d600 is a slide). This is the best phone on the market today

Dominic, That is the transfer speed setting between phone to PC via the USB Port. 115200 is usually the default & I've left it as that & it works fine. I Haven't bothered to play with different settings. Cheers, Jim K

Thanks Jim. In the PIM at Setup what is that speed for? should i put it to maximum or just the default?

Mynlal, Go to "FILE" & then "SETUP" in your PIm & File Manager Program and input the details, especially your USB COM PORT NUMBER... Cheers, Jim K

Mynlal, Please ensure that you have inputted your Name & Phone Details in the settings tab and MOST IMPORTANTLY, The USB COMM PORT NUMBER it's using for connectivity. Not sure of which com port?? Try each one until it connects...Cheers, Jim K

Hi Dominic,.. Yep The headset is more expensive than the USB Dongle. I paid $AU110.00 for the Bluetrek headset & Paid $AU65.00 for the Motorolla Dongle. Not cheap and certainly not justified, but that's what happens with new technology. They're probably worth $AU3.00 to $AU5.00 at most to manufacture. Amazing, .....
No, when you play your media, be-it either music or FM radio, you will still hear it through the speaker fone & not through the Bluetooth headset..... At least that's what i can do so far, unless there's a setting that I've missed.. Unlikely though..lol..
