i jus have a question. does anyone know how to transfer mp3s from the computer? i haf bought it like almost a month, but i still dunno how to transfer song. now, i transfer songs via bluetooth frm my sis nokia phone, which is kinda a bother. so, can anyone help me? thks. ^^

to the previous poster,
the picture is taken in color but since it is only 65K or so (color), it is not as crisp as being taken with the flip open. however, it is still taken in color, although it may be hard to notice at times

yes, u can definitely send/receive MMS to/from samsung and other brand of mobile phones.

I got this fone just today and have personally answered my questions earlier. The bluetooth works perfect for transferring files from pc to fone to pc, and to other brands. I've also got the settings from globe here in the phils. for GPRS and MMS, and they worked as how they were supposed to. Sending MMS from nokia to samsung vice versa is ok. However, the only thing that ive discovered a flaw for this phone except for the "no card slot" and "prone to fingerprint" issues, it cannot support picture files larger than 200kb. tried transferring pictures (high quality) from my nokia 6670 to the sgh e730 and it just failed to display. the noise when its getting out of battery is also irritating. but... so far so good. im happy with it. got it cheaper than i expected too. love the style. so classy.

what do u mean by upload... if it is from cable... then follow the instruction in the cd n install it ....will be able to work de.... if not means the songs are not capable for the phone... such as it have encrypted letters ...or too big...sometimes it is corrupted

I got this phone that looks fantastic, but unfortunatly sometimes I get a "Limited Service" warning and I can't use it. I coundn't find any help for correcting that.
Despite the phone is outstanding, this malfunction exists.

heyz...i heard that this phone can only send mms to samsung phones and not other brands like nokia or sonyericsson etc...is it true? can it receive mms from other brands then? pls answer me asap

Hello People, i got this Sex Apppling phone jus a few days back.... & guess wat i had a huge crowd in my office around me jus wondering.... & they had no option than X'change their phones for E730 in store nearby. The phone has all features like Bluetooth, FM Radio, Buzzing soundeffects, Video Recoreding for 1Hr (Not 10-20 Seconds like NOKIA), voice recording for an hour, 1.3 Mega Cam which gets things closer with 4X ZOOM effect, Printing via phone & NOT TO MENTION NO SOFTWARE HANGING PROBLEM which Nokia phones are facing these days. Also MP3,self portrait photo,FM Radio,etc can be accesed on a touch of finger tip on flip. Not to forget it has FLASH (TOURCH) too. One more thing which really appealed me is its MULTISHOT. Which leaves u speechless!!!!
So People wat r u waiting for GRAB ur SEX APPEAL!!!

Guys, I've been wanting to get this phone for months but as i read on this thread it seems like there are a lot of pros and cons. I've been a NOKIA user since cellphones were invented and this is the first time that I'm thinking to get a SAMSUNG. I was actually curious with uploading and downloading files using BLUETOOTH. I normally use plug and play BLUETOOTH USB DONGLES to upl and dl files with my N6670 without installing whatever PC SUITES or File Managers in my computer. Does this process work the same for the E730/Samsung Phones?? And..does this fone have "SENT ITEMS"? Thanks you guys! Big help. ;-)

As I previously mentioned, it is highly recommended that the first 3-4 initial battery charges should be for approximately 14-16 hours. At least 14 hours (16 hours is quite a long time). This information is available on the Samsung Mobile website under the FAQ section.
