To All:
Samsung E730 is a friendly user type of a mobile phone. Very easy to use and easy to maneuver. It is not as expensive compared to other mobile phones. I have been a Nokia and a Sony Ericcson user and I must admit I was quite doubtful at first when I bought the Samsung E730 probably because of the brand.
Since I bought the phone 3 mths ago I haven't encountered any problem - everything work fine from the battery, bluetooth, uploading of mp3 musics or files from pc to the phone (vice-versa), fm radio, sending/receiving email and making mp3 music as my ringtones.
Some of you may have encountered problems like the battery, communication between your pc and your phone and etc. For me this is so strange because I never have any problem at all since day one when I bought the phone (touch wood).

i just got samsung e730 and i've installed the PIM & FILE MANAGER 2.0 but it still says offline! i have no idea how to get it to connect and its starting to bug me! someone have any suggestions!?

Hi, i know somebody has mentioned b4 that user are not able to use mp3 as sms alert tone, only those that are available in the phone, right? what about recording of voice memo as sms alert tone? Anybody able to answer that? the reason being that i am interested in using a really nice mp3 audio( an f1 car) as an sms alert tone.

Contrary to popular belief the Samsung E730 DOES HAVE a speakerphone built in. Finding it was kind of tricky since it wasn't mentioned in the user manual. When making a phone call, dial the number and press send. Once the call is connected hit the OK button in the middle (Same button for WAP browser) and it should ask you wheter or not you want to use the speakerphone.

I just bought this phone yesterday and i've been trying to figure out how to transfer mp3 files from my computer to this phone. Can someone please help me by telling me how to do it? I tried using the samsung pc studio but it still isn't working. Someone please help! Thanks...

Had this phone for 2 months now, its fantastic, developed 6x4" photos with it which looked great. The sound is very clear and the handsfree too.

Hey melissa! i can answer for ur one question^^ u get pictures about silver version if u just write to google`s picture-searc that phone`s name "samsung E730" if there even google works^^ here is lots of picture of silver^^

An otherwise wonderfull phone; it has 2 short-comings : 1) No support for memory-card; 2) Extremely short battery life. It appears that many Samsung phones have this but lacking in that; unlike many good models from Sony Ericsson, especially the K750i.

BEST phone i have ever had, out of 15 top dollar phones this is the best one imho, one way to keep your battery top notch is dont charge while its half full/empty. charge it when it is compleatly dead, and wait at least 30 minutes after it is done charging to keep it in the best charging condtion

hello can someone please answer my questions. I was wondering if the e730 is a lot bigger than the e316 cell phone? Is there much of a difference in size? Also does anyone know where i can get pictures of the silver version up close? On ebay they only have the black version. Thanks.

I've heard so much hype about keeping batterys in good conditions making there standbye time longer...something about draining the battery every month...some one please tell me how to keep my battery in the best shape possible

Hi all, I'm from Indonesia, I'm using Nokia brand for almost 4 years and willing to try other brands, I would like to have experience by using the new Samsung E730. My friend said that the Samsung SMS isn't as smart as Nokia, such as when you'll continue to type next words after dot (.), the SMS wouldn't start with capital automatically, during typing a message and suddently get a phonecall, the message you'd type will lost (appear blank). Is it true? can this disadvantage be enhanced? Thanks.

I recieved my E730 on the 5th... IT IS AMAZING!!! Very compact, and stylish... Beautiful color screen, AMAZING Camera and video recording! The FLASH could be better though but its okay...
The phone is really easy to use and is packed full of great features! To put files on my phone like mp3s, pictures, and videos I use the USB cable with it and it is very quick (30 seconds or less) for mp3s. One of the best features is the external music keys =) Sound quality is perfect! It even has an FM radio but for the radio you need to plug the samsung headphones in because they act as like the signal recipients i guess... The phone does have a handsfree Speakerphone which I always use.. and thats about it.. I give this phone a 9 out of 10 stars... Its GREAT! I baught it in Glossy Black style which i think is the best.. the one with the matt cover dosnt look as good upclose.
For the people considering this phone... BUY IT!!!

Look The cable is Faster than the Bluetooth But! It can only transfer in one direction U get me?? But the Bluetooth where ever your sitting it will work so i support the Bluetooth nd i dont think its the big problem to wait for a song to download for about 2 minutes!!! lol just get the Bluetooth 1 Bye
