that's too bad, i think silver would be cuter :-) but black aint too bad too. Does the E730 have clear pictures even when you download the pics to the computer (it does have a USB cable right?)
Last thing, what phone to you guys think I should buy? E730 or K750i? :-)

pls can anyone tell me if this phone of .....92 mb is enough memory 4 me!?? I need a phone that supports lots of messages...meaning about a 100 and more. Is this mobile enough!? and is the camera clear and gd? 10x alot...pls tell me cos i need a mob!

i charged my phone for 14 hrs the first time, and 12 hrs for the second time (after flatting the battery completely). it is recommended you do this as it helps the battery "get used to" it's maximum capacity. some peole do it a 3rd time, but as i'm not up to there yet, i'll think about it :P
also keep in mind that the best battery life will only be obtained after a few recharge/discharge cycles.

I just bought this phone to use in the U.S. Everything works great except I can't send picture msgs. w/T-Mobile service. If you like using mms and have T-Mobile, you might want to think twice before buying this phone.

im from sydney.. u can get this phone from telstra or fone zone.. This phone is onl;y distributed by these 2 companys at the mo.. Dunno if optus is going to do it or not.. It retails outright for about 600.. Hope this helps. I have this phone it rocks..

hey does anyone know of a program where you can take clips out of mp3s to make them ringtones? with this phone you cant hold many mp3s, and also with the beginning of a song being the ringtone its not that great. thanks

Does anyone know how to keep the clock on the external display ? It disappers after a few seconds.

I just got the E730 last week, but when i try to upload mp3s by bluetooth, the phone can't read the file, neither will it let me erase it, is there a software program that I have to install?

hey ppls i'm from melb and got the black version yesterday.. what can i say? its a sweet sweet phone :) cant go any better lol except maybe have a matt front cover instead of gloss.. but i can live with that. Mp3 player is great, screen is excellent, bluetooth perfect. includes data cable too! made my friends jealous lol
For those wondering about silver, the official colour launched in australia is black, so any silver version of the e730 is probably an overseas model. keep in mind that you will probably have problems with warranty if you don't buy an australian handset... not that there will be any need for warranty repair ;)
ps for those with problems with transfering files from comp to phone, install software and go to Tools > File Manager and use that to transfer songs/pics etc. make sure the correct folder is selected, otherwise the upload/download option will be greyed out.

i just got the e730 as a birthday present.
i've installed the drivers and the phone came with a USB cord.
if i access PC sync, the phone is online. if i access PIM the phone is online as long as i've exited from pc sync. i can't upload images or mp3's onto my phone?? HELP?
i've checked the ports, they are the same port in PIM and the systems settings bit.
what can i do?
