nice phone,but i have one question!
is it possible to delete list "RECENT RECIPIENT"?? - list of all numbers to witch you send SMS.

Finally my wait for a Samsung model that comes with FM radio and bluetooth is over. Love the small compact size that is packed chokeful of features. Despite having 90mb of internal memory, pity no external memory slot and infra-red. ONE MINUS - I take a lot of images with my camera and although camera boasts a 1.3mp resolution, it LAGS SUBSTANTIALLY!!! I turned off the auto flash feature and thought it would do away with the lag but still, it doesn't. Faily disappointed as I thought Samsung models with cameras are fairly responsive but not this one.

Does anyone know how to upload MP3's onto the phone? I am having problems doin it and it is really pissin me off since that is the whole point of an MP3 player on the phone. It keeps saying File transfer failed

hi,u. my phone comes with a usb cable,and it's model is PCB113BSE,just the ones sold on
official SAMSUNG website. though they dont look like mine ~ the model is just the same`

Since samsung comes WITHOUT a usb cable, i have decided to buy one online, well from the official SAMSUNG website.
They offer 2 types
-PC Link Cable
-PC Link Kit
If you look at the picture properly it isnt even a USB port! So where would i be able to buy a cheap E730 USB cable? Tried Ebay they are selling for £10 cheapest :/

Hey Meary.. Im pretty sure u can pick up a charger from crazy johns or fone zone for no less than 30 bucks.. They sell the usb cables seperatly, so im sure they would do the same for the chargers.. Should go check it out..

To surferguy, where abouts are you getting yours from? Cause I want a silver one, but the don't sell them in Australia. If I brought one overseas how would I go about charging it?

hi!!! i was wondering if anyone out there who has a samsung e730 & knows how to transfer pictures from the computer to the phone. i know how to transfer pictures on the phone to the computer. does anyone know how to transfer pics/ music on the computer to the phone?????

I got my black beauty 2 weeks ago. It's fantastic! Only problem is the battery.. it keeps getting empty way too soon!
I took couple of pictures and had to recharge the battery, again! Just did it yesterday..
And Samsung Fun Club.. For how long they've been selling this phone? And still there's no such thing as E730 on their website!! Go and register, Activate your free membership, they say.. Hah. If only I could, I would!
Does anyone have an opinion about the quality of sound of these ringtones they're offering on Fun Club? Did I do something wrong or should I really only use mp3's? =)

For all Samsung E730 users:
I haven't encountered any problem with my phone ever since I bought it. You name it from the battery and to all applications and that includes MP3, Bluetooth, Dowloading musics and FM radio - everything work perfectly.
You just have to know how to deal with it. Firstly, when you recharge your battery, initially you will to charge them for 16 hrs before you can use them.
Secondly, of course if you always use your camera, video camera, playing MP3 or radio obviously the battery will collapse and it need recharging and that is normal.
Thirdly, downloading of music from your PC to your phone I only use the USB cable and it work perfectly without any hassle.
The only downfall with this phone is you can't read any files that you store on the phone it will only keep it. The reason probably because this phone doesn't come with applications or softwares that will read the documents such as Word and Excel unlike other phones like the SE 910I which is a PDA and a phone as well.
In general, I can't complain with this phone it is not that costly and it has everything on it. Luckily Samsung had developed this kind of phone for the masses.

I bought the great phone 3 days ago but observed that the signal reception is very low when compared to other samsungs and sagem phones without antenna.Secondly, the battery gets flat easily(very soon) than the advertised charge retention time.Used the radio once and could not use it again.Other features ok for now.

i got the phone 7 hrs ago..used it for a bit and now letting it charge. The camera is good quality same as D500. The colours are soo sharp and clear, i love it when i off it and on it , the colours show up really well. I got 2 videos already in my fone, one MP4 (fantastiv 4 trailer) and one music video (3GP) the MP4 is much better quality than the 3GP. i don't think the keypad glows in the dark. good phone amazing how light it is. I prefer silver than black.

question, does the camera of this phone is like on nokia 6630 that have a sharp/crisp and clear images??? HELP!!! still thinking about it if i should get this or the 6630.

does anyone know if this phone can change the camera lens. for example some phones you press a button and the camera turns to your face, and you press the buttom again and the camera focuses on whats infront of it. sorry i couldnt explain well... but if you know what im talkin about please help. thanx
