Is the E770 worth buying or is it a waste of a time buying? Please Help!?

Oh, but one flaw is that if you have a custom ringtone, eg and mp3 file (i have cant stop by red hot chili peppers :]) then you cant have a vibration alert also. This is VERY dissapointing.

I just got this phone, and i previously had the E800, so i was cautious about choosing a samsung as the E800 was dissapointing.
The E770 is a huge improvement, especially the 1.3mp camera and video option.
The software is excellent, files are easily transferrable between PC and the phone.

Wht the heck, don't press tht key! It resets your phone and makes you lose all data/settings/CONTACTS. Omg. Is there any way to reverse the damage done?

U can add mp3 from transflash to your playlist and the you can easily switch between mp3s. If you want to backlight external lcd when the player is running, press the volume button for 3 sec. , if you press camera button for 3 sec, the external keys will blocked. Sorry for my english

I am deciding which phone to get - either Mokia 6131 or Samsung E770.
Currently I have a E700 and there are a few things that get on my nerves and I was wondering if they have been updated on the E770.
1) Are you able to open the flip and then choose to answer the call or reject it? On E700 once you open the flip, the call is answered.
2) What are the different incoming call options available? I guess they don't have 'beep once' like a Nokia?
3) Do they have profiles (like Nokia)? Or do you have to change each item each time? Are you still able to silent or vibrate the phone with the # key?
4) Can the alarm be snoozed? Do they have a normal alarm? With my E700 I have slept in many times coz I can't hear the alarm and once it is finished, it's off!!
5) When the phone is not in use, what do you see on the outside screen? Is it blank? Or will the clock flash?
WHY DOES THIS PHONE NOT HAVE A RADIO??? I thought they would have learnt that by now!!!!!

I just got the phone and I'm really disappointed with the mp3 player. The mp3 player in this phone looked like it was done by an amateur. If you let the mp3 player play mp3s off the memory card you can only play one, then you have to choose the next on yourself. If you want the mp3 player to continue playing other songs automaticly, you need to add them to the MAX 4 available playlists. One playlist can contain only 30 songs and no, you can't add your own playlist. Now how dumb is that! Or worse, when you upload mp3 to the memory card, make sure they have only 32 characters, otherwise the player won't recognize it. OMG

how come i cant send picture messages to one of my friends..? its says "Unable to send multimedia message" and my friend said her phone can recieve picture messages. but its not sending.

I just bought this samsung e 770 four days back and it is great. But I have problems with my battery, it cannot last even two hours even after full charge, can anyone help me soleve my problem?

I have had this phone for 3 days and absolutly love it...only one problem with it that when the handset is closed the top of the clam shell is wobbly and not sturdy as it should it...is anyone else having this problem...i fear that it may give way eventually and the hinge may detach.

I've bought this phone for a month. And rating I'll give an 8 out of 10. One lil problem is, how do i clear the recent recipient list? everytime i send a message it will be added to the list and kinda annoying. Anyone have any idea on how to clear this issue? thanks!
