you can download java games for e810 in wap.ranova.org which i managed to do so... but i not so sure about uploading game through infrared.. cos till now i still don't know how use the infrared..have never succeeded to infrared any images to other phone or via versa

    Can anyone tell me if i can upload java games via infrared port ?!

      i got this phone at xmas and i know it cost around £360, but i cnt get the infared to work even when i activate it, can anyone help?

        Hi, I have only just bought the Samsung E810 and really like it! only thing is, can someone tell me if there is an option for when you slide the keypad shut that the screen stays on? I'm not sure why it goes off after a few seconds, is this normal??
        Apologies if its in the instruction manual but im at work at the moment and haven't got it with me.

          You cant turn the sound off for Photos. The Koreans have introduced it as a permanent feature due to the number of guys taking perv pics of chicks.

          I think Sony Ericsson is the same? Maybe wrong about this.

                        I have found this phone excellent. Exept texting, the Nokia is better for that. Everything else is spot on, and great polyphonic ring tones.

                          I havent used the 810, but at first glance, it seems little better than the X600 I have just bought recently. It has pretty much the same features. The X600 doesnt have the cool silver sliding keypad, but it does have a much nicer looking rotating lens with a manual flash/torch (dont knock it- i have been in blackouts before many times, and my mobile is always closer at hand than a torch in a cupboard somewhere).

                          Seems to me Samsung is mass producing new models based on style for markets outside Japan.

                          Any thoughts on this?

                            i got this phone just before christmas,and im gutted!!:-( it looked so good,but the functions are rubbish!i have dusted of my gx20 and am happy.e810,free to good home!

                                    I buy it yet, but I don't know why I still can't use the com port cable to connect my mobile. I saw some discuss borad b4 that it need set the PC first then input some no on the phone that can connect the PC to exchange the midi and photo...but I can't do it...cox i don't know how to set the mobile. It is so trouble for samsung exchange file...who can help

                                      hey.. okey..what I'm gonna say here is gonna be a big chunk mixture of qeustions and confusion that I have in mind... firstly... I'm staying in Indonesia.. WILL SOMEBODY TELL ME WHERE CAN I GET THIS E810 IN HERE? second, IS THERE ANY DIFFERNT COLOR OF THE OUTER CASE OR ONLY SILVER? third, IS THE CAMERA SOUND TOO LOUD? fourth, ARE THE RINGTONES GOOD? fifth, IS THE SCREEN COLOR CLEAR AND GOOD? that's all, for anyone who read this... please I really need your help coz' I'm alredy getting sick of my Nokia 8310 which is soo ten years ago... any one who can help me...please just E-mail me thankyou so much

                                        Heloo there... I was searching the web for a cell phone... and I was attracted with samsung after all... this phone looks great... nice for boys or girls... just need some more specification like bluetooths, and other things that might make it number 1 cell phone... I heard the outer layer of this phones was not really good and also the battery ... but it has a good camera anyway...
